First time ordering with ANDY APS, asked for pricing list on the 2nd of March, responded quickly (1&1/2 hours), stated how to order etc, placed order same day, was informed of out of stock items before sending money, adjusted order, confirmed order and sent money all on the same day.
Received tracking the following day 3rd of March.
Received package 2 weeks later on the 17th of March, very easy to deal with and happy with the package.

Hey guys, so im just jumping on here to post my experience so far with @Andy Peps Studio

Order placed March 13
Order shipped within a few days
Order made it to Australia within 4 days.
Order was seized and has sat in a major city now for 11-12 days.

The address it was going to has still not received a seizure letter from Customs, i have been in talks with APS every few days hoping to get a reship organised but still havent had luck.
Have been told after 30 days without any package movement it will be reshipped.

I have had orders seized before going to different addresses with different names, and the other vendors have sorted it out more promptly than this, but thats okay.

Ill rate my experience so far neutral, 5/10
But also, im not going to completely wipe them and change vendors just yet.

I placed my first order with Andy on the recommendation of some avid posters here who I've come to trust a bit. Andy is clear and communicative. Maybe a bit of a cold prickle and she didn't bother calling me "dear" even once, and that's honestly just fine with me. I only communicated by email because it seems like their Telegram presence is only scammers atm (beware). Andy initially got the price wrong on one item and was quick to rectify it in my favor. She also put up with an avalanche of my dumb questions as well as my struggles with my crypto wallet which I pretty much have every time (even though I've been using it for 7 years-- genius, right?). Bottom line, the ordering process was good. Relatively easy. Andy was patient. And I got a particularly good price on one of my current staple peps. All in all, happy so far.

Placed my order with Andy on 03/26, received tracking 03/27, and package was delivered 04/03. Andy was super helpful and patient while I navigated my first crypto purchase. The vials were in great condition and I will be ordering again from them!

Just wanted to give credit where it’s due: ANDY APS is hands-down my favorite and go-to vendor. I’ve tried many different suppliers, but I always circle back to Andy. She/he (you never know) is extremely quick with pricing and shipping updates, and ANDY always stay professional. Not once have they called me “dear” and trust me, that’s a big plus in my book. If you’re looking for a reliable supplier, I can’t recommend them enough.

Ordered from Andy. Responses gave me all the info I asked for, payment was verified as received within a few hours, and from verification to receiving the goods (CN > SWE) it took 8 days.

Honestly not a lot more that can be said other than this was a flawless interaction.

So an update 2 months in lol
APS have been constant with communication, even despite their never ending telegram freezes.
We have managed to stay in contact via email as well as WhatsApp. (If you’re reading this, be careful, do your due diligence as many fraud accounts)

Anyway,
The original order got seized, I decided to hold off on reordering as stuff coming into Australia has been far more difficult than I’ve ever experienced so far, placed the order around 3 weeks ago?
It was a little longer than usual to get here, but none the less it’s been delivered.


I can’t take photos as it’s been delivered to a different address and I haven’t been there to collect yet.
