Figured I’d start a thread for people to show off how far they’ve come. Of course if you’re not comfortable sharing pictures on here, feel free to just talk about your journey.

I’m 42 and started my dieting and exercise journey a little over a year ago. Down over 100lbs so far, from about 300 to 195, and have put on a decent amount of lean muscle thanks to Reta, Tesa, and Ipa. Went from over 45% bodyfat down to 16% and my visceral fat index went from 19 to 6. I’m not finished yet, but am pretty happy with my progress so far. My goal is a lean 225lbs at 12% BF

Threads like this are very inspiring! Congrats!

I'm down 94 1/2 from 309. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m proud of the direction I’m moving. I’ve been dealing with RA and inflammation, so I haven’t been able to hit the gym the way I want to - but I’m working on healing those pieces so I can get there. Threads like this keep me going!

dam you are a UNIT bro! ive been lifting for 20 years and you put me to shame! (most people do, i cant put on alot of muscle no matter what i do) i gotta know all the details on your stack!

i didnt start taking alot of progress pics untill i was allready halfway to my current weight but this is about 45lbs difference. i think i have some pics somewhere when i was at my heaviest of 325 but id have to really go dig for them.

I'm so proud of myself! It took about 4 years but I took it off. I'm wanting to get down to about 150ish.
I started out intermittent fasting for about a year then started oz

Thanks man! It’s been a lot of consistent work in the gym and kitchen, but I also have pretty good genetics for building and maintaining muscle. I just wish I didn’t do the same with fat! Lol

My current stack is 2mg of Reta, 1mg GHK-cu, and 250mg glutathione every other day running continuously all year. I also do 2mg tesa and 500mcg ipa fasted before bed daily running a looping cycle of 12 weeks on 4 weeks off. I run two of the 14 week mitochondrial support protocols a year. And I run a 4week KLOW stack whenever I get an injury.

I also take random other peptides to try with varying amounts of success. They don’t really seem to be taken on any regular frequency. I’ll just take them for a while, usually however long and at whatever dose the general consensus says to cycle them, then I won’t take them again until I randomly feel like trying another cycle. That includes 5-amino-1mq, DSIP, Cartalax, Vesugen, Epitalon, Kisspeptin, TA-1, nasal Semax, and nasal Selank.

I also just started TRT a few weeks ago at 150mg a week broken up into daily IM injections. And I have been considering switching from tesa/ipa to HGH. I’m still doing research on whether or not it’ll be worth it for me since the secretagogues seem to be working fine. Other than that, I’m also toying with the idea of running a cycle of Anavar but hesitant to go down that road of AAS’s. It’s a slippery slope and I started this journey with the goal of becoming healthy. I don’t want to start sacrificing health for gains.

Started at 186 last spring. Lost ten on my own, then got on compound (Brello) in late July. Was over the moon happy about the fact that oh my god they invented a drug that cures being fat, magic is real, and got paranoid about my access being cut off. Came here in early August. Now I'm 131 lbs at 5'5", BMI 21.8, and only have six pounds to go to goal, where I've been stuck for a month or two. My usual dose is 8.8 mg with a 1.6 mg stack of Survo, but last week I discontinued the tirz for a minute so I can try out a 37 mg vial of reta til it's gone and make sure I don't hate it, since I'm slowly hoarding it. So far I don't hate it.

That's awesome! Keep up the great work! You're over 1/2 way there!

This is my progress. Started on MJ 1st October 2025 at 284lb. Jumped onto reta at the end of January. Currently 204lb. Current dose 6.5mg every 6 days.

Congrats! I don't think I've heard of anyone losing that much that quickly before. That is insanely fast!
Yeah I know, im losing strength at the gym tbh, but I just want it gone ASAP then I can start to build back up. Im not starving myself, I eat about 1800-2000 cal a day, im just quite active.

Trying to get myself together for work today and found this sized 56L men's suit jacket.

Can't believe I filled this out. I was HUGE.

I'm in size 42L now, so clearly I didn't wear this to work today. Wearing sized 36-38 pants and couldn't find any of those either. Could be worse problems in the world 🙃.

You made this transformation with only those peptides?!

Awesome transformation buddy! although you can no longer make a living as a Jack Black lookalike 😉

I usually don't take pictures but I shared these with another group the other day.... So why not here?

First two taken in December/Jan vs last week.

Yup, Started out with reta. Then did the 14 week NAD, SS31, Motsc protocol. Then started cycling tesa/ipa with 5-amino. I cycled a bunch of other random ones but attribute my transformation to mostly those ones.

Shortly after this pic was taken I started TRT (at an actual TRT dose), and going to be switching from tesa/reta to HGH, and am now looking into some other mild compounds.

That is incredible. You had a ton of muscle mass under there. What did you find you got most out of NAD and Motsc?.

Also, what has made you decide to move over to HGH vs tesa and reta?

I just felt much better overall. Mood improved, increased mental clarity, more energy throughout the day, more motivation to lock in my diet and exercise, and weight loss seemed to increase a bit. Results vary depending on how bad your mitochondrial health is. I think mine was pretty bad because I felt almost superhuman when I first started it. By the third cycle it’s just kinda meh. So I’m thinking my mitochondrial health is pretty on point these days.

As for hgh, I just want to try it out and see what all the hype is about. And it’ll give me more control over my levels. Plus, I won’t have to be fasted as much so it’ll be easier to bulk. And lastly, it’s much cheaper to run.
