What app are you using to track your dosing? Really like the visualsI’m leveling off at 7mg/week after starting my bridge from Tirz on 1/10.

What does your exit dosing look like? Just curious, just for when I have to do it as well.Coming into 5th month of taking it and currently at 4mg weekly dose. More than happy with results so starting my exit protocol next week.

I'm probably a super responder, I rode .5mg reta for 4 weeks w/ over 2 lbs a week average loss.and is the consensuses to be a dosage that quiets food noise and give little or no side effects?
So what I mean is this, if food noise is low or zero and no side effects would I stay where I am (wherever that is) or do u slowly ramp up hoping FN/Side effects stay low or zero?
Personally. I've needed to bump up a few times and I'm actually used to the side effects, and know what to expect these days. Sometimes it's tirating up for the side effects, or mixing a new vial from a new supplier. It's odd, a few of the new vials from a different place hits harder.and is the consensuses to be on a dosage that quiets food noise and give little or no side effects?

Over fill or better chemistry?a few of the new vials from a different place hits harder.
1 week. Next inj on WedSo my question is:
How long have you been taking Reta for?
Where along are you in your journey?
What is your current dosage?
I'm guessing chemistry. I account for the over/under fill when reconstituting.Over fill or better chemistry?
That's great, man. Congrats. You should feel really good about that. Where was your bf and weight when you switched over from tirz to reta?6mg a week, switched from Tirz at the max dose last year.
Not losing weight any more, currently sitting at 110kg, around 12% bf on the calipers, not sure how accurate they are but I have abs and veins on my quads at 47 years old.
Is the weight stopping as well or is it you got some food noise back?5mg for last 4 weeks and thinking to increase, getting a lot of food cravings recently...
Awesome thank you for this!View attachment 20090
See above ^ I can send you link to document that’s explains it all but ultimately that is the exit protocol.
That works out to 4lbs/week. That's a ton, maybe too much from what I've read. Maybe I'm wrong. How long on 1mg, and when did you start 4mg?25 lbs lost in 6 weeks

So, you're tirating up every week or two weeks?Week 1: 1mg
Week 2: 1.5mg
Week 3: 2mg
Week 4: 2.5mg
Week 5: 2.5mg
Week 6: 3mg
Week 7: 3mg
Just started Week 8 with a 4mg shot
So yeah, after looking at my data, I was off by a few weeks 🤣
Still slower than the trialed escalations. So, you're tirating up every week or two weeks?
I thought I saw 4 weeks on certain dose mg, then 4 weeks tirating up on the next and so on. I was just curious.Still slower than the trialed escalations.
