Endotoxin Warning

I have never purchase from them, but if they had said that initially, I may have been a convert. Now, its hard to know of they are just saying what they need to say or if they will actually do it. My first thought is that that they have gone from 'never ever deal with them' to 'maybe, let's see'. They dug themselves a deep whole to try and climb out of.

Agreed it should have been the first response. I've had several good orders with them prior to this and inclined to give them the very tentative benefit of the dobut. I might order again after a long cooling off period to see how the rest of this plays out.

If they were astute business people and weren't driven primarily by greed, they wouldn't allow themselves to get in this situation to begin with. Having one vendor tell me that they never test some of their products because it was "too cheap to test" unfortunately is a common thread here. Doing complete testing (M&P, Endo, Sterility) on EVERY product and EVERY batch and then waiting to ship it until results are in would pretty much solve the problem. Price it into the product. I would pay for that. Doesn't mean I wouldn't be 3P testing still.

Kind of like SRY's first response to the p-chlorocresol incident where they were replacing a bad batch sent out to people and wanted the defective batch back so they could sell it at a deep discount. Then Alan walked that back and said we took it the wrong way due to the language barrier. The damage was done but unfortunately, in the gray community, memory is short.

Their model has always been to force the responsibility of due diligence to the customer. That works up to a point, that point being when a completely defective product is sold. It's unusable and dangerous for anyone. That's where that model stops working. You can say we don't replace or refund due to endos when the counts are 100 or even 200, but not when it's potentially dangerous. That's my take. A least Jeep realized that this morning with the new announcement.

To be fair to Molly, she has been in my DMs since the start asking what they should do. She wanted to go to the boss with ideas.

Every single bit of advice I gave is here. So he has listened. I will wait patiently to see if it all actually happens.

I don't believe for a second *EEP wasn't aware they had cooked TR30s. Wasn't this for their huge holiday sale? Like are they really getting big batches w/o some level of testing/COAs?

I wouldn't be surprised if this bad batch was marked to be discarded BUT groups like *EEP scooped them up on a steep discount. It's only until recently ppl are started caring about endo. They know they could get away w/promising purity and fill (which is basic and the tip of the iceberg).

Also I don't like how some are shame ppl who bought from them as being "cheap". It's an insane level of victim blaming.
 
Good to see j. finally came out with an appropriate response and is offering refunds. Seems like they are trying to salvage their rep.

That question is only part of the endo problem. I just listened to an old podcast of Huberman's a few days ago where he addressed endo's. I certainly don't always agree with him on everything, but he made a valid point here: Endo's, at an acceptable level, are handled routinely by the body and eliminated. That capacity is how the FDA and other standard-setting agencies consider what is acceptable and set limits. What that doesn't really take into consideration is lipopolysaccharides (endo's) can have an additive and cumulative effect if they are ingested faster than the body can eliminate them, and if the levels rise too quickly, it can reduce the body's ability to eliminate them. Tirz or Reta with acceptable levels, administered every 6 or 7 days, is generally fine. But a lot of people use other peps (mitochondria protocols, inflamatory protocols, GLOW, KLOW, NAD+, bioregulators, Gluta,, etc,etc) any and all with "acceptable levels, and when those levels start adding up, that has the potential to become problematic.
 
I reached out to Molly today. She told me that I can replace items up to $220, which at the current price of $138 (oof) for T30, it wouldn't equal two kits. Not sure if that $220 was the amount I paid previously, or their set number. Also she said that they'd only replace after they did endo testing on the black cap T30s first, or I can replace them with other things immediately. I chose to wait for endo testing.

I also bought outside of the group buy window, and my buddy and I have had no issues so far.

At this dose we will probably continue to use it until tests on the new stuff come back. Looks like Jeep is replacing or giving credit, so it'll be good enough until then

That's because they won't release any t30 until tested now. They don't want to send out more dodgy product so want to check it.

The $220 will be what you spent. They keep right records to be fair to them. I'd recommend holding off until they have a promo you like and grabbing stuff then.
 
I just saw JEEP's original f-you, followed by the walk back. (I've been busy). I'll be damned. I'm trying to decide whether this counts as a drama thread, because it may not be a fight but this all IS super dramatic. Tellin my coworkers about it like it's 90 day fiancee.
