So I recon RT15 with hspra I used 1.5 ml to recon. I was left with very cloudy and large particles that are very easy to see. I’ve waited several hours and even recon a second vial to see it did the same thing.
Sure enough it did. Everything was brand new even the bac. Is there a way to fix this. Not very happy with my first purchase. Lack of communication. I see that she reads my messages and chooses not to respond.

Reach out to your vendor and they should replace or refund. I would avoid a re-ship of the exact same thing.
Please report how they handle it.

RT is easy to recon, and needs very little bac to dilute properly. Is hard to mess up. Please do not gamble. Toss it out or send to a lab for analysis. You do not know which step of the manufacturing went wrong and how toxic the content could be. Have the vendor correct your issue, and name them. This way you help protect the community from sloppy vendors.

Was there vacuum when you added the bac? Normally, the bac will be sucked our of the syringe, into the vial, due to the vacuum. Without vacuum, the content deteriorates due to oxydation (air), and if old enough, bacteria's begin to grow in it.

There's been a bunch of people on their discord having the exact same problem with the black cap R15. Someone there mentioned other vendor discords have the same complaints from the black cap R15.

Hopefully the specific issue comes to light with testing, but like others said definitely don't use that stuff.

From someone at STG on April 12th, the issue seems to be TFA salts:

If you’re referring to the recent batch of r10 and r15 that’s coming out cloudy across various vendors, the most likely explanation we have is that the vials contain residual TFA salts

Similarly, from @Chili777 last month:

I think there are going to be a lot more vendors affected by this. The TFA salts issue at ERP is at the manufacturer level. There aren't many manufacturers compared to finishers. I've heard between 3 and 5 of them in CN. This could just be the tip of the iceberg.

Makes you wonder about the vials that look fine:

This is why two people can take the "same" dose from different batches and have completely different results. Batch A (Acetate salt) works perfectly, while Batch B (high TFA) feels like it’s only 50% as strong.

Since you've seen a vial actually "crash," it’s highly likely that the lab in question has very low standards for salt exchange. It makes you wonder how many of their "clear" vials are still sitting at a 5% or 8% concentration—just below the threshold of visible precipitation.

So bad news for grey reta in general:

TFA (Trifluoroacetic acid) salts are significantly more likely to be an issue in "grey market" Retatrutide compared to Tirzepatide.

I like tirz lately... banged 15 in the delt(insulin pin so there wasnt muscle penetration, maybe a tad.... but was disgusted by my favorite foods for 5 days...may just pin 2mg sema/15 tirz and 12 reta.... see how long it takes for acute pancreatitis...

Does anyone know what a 3P test would show for purity with TFA salt issues (even if not enough to crash a vial)?

From what people are saying on TG, TFA would not affect the purity percentage at all, which is another reason TFA is a separately ordered test.

This is reassuring, from someone at a testing group:

I have seen many TFA Tests and have never seen a non-passing result. The individual that runs Jano said he has seen it but it is rare. Not a bad idea to check a vendor once in a while buy not necessary every test group.
But Jano used to say the same thing about endos and sterility.

Yep, I've seen the cloudy R10, R15 across several vendors.
Yeah, I was nervous today when I saw multiple vendors were affected. Just yesterday, I received black-top R10 in the mail from a GB. Reconned it after seeing this thread and it was fine, diluted completely. (Original vendor was EGMN, which seems to have their own website but is practically unknown. So they probably mostly do bulk sales.)
