Use a good filter and Hospira Bac and you'll probably never know someone sneezed on the open vials. 😆

I know you’re joking around, but are you saying that with a Hospira Bac recon and filter you would use it on your RS?Use a good filter and Hospira Bac and you'll probably never know someone sneezed on the open vials. 😆
I think the standard view tends to be assume nothing is steril and filter everything. If that's the view, then knowing something has failed shouldn't really matter. It hits different when you see it, but I feel like, if we are being consistsnt, it shouldn't matter. Endos look low to me. I don't think it would be as big a concern if Jeep hadn't failed endo spectacularly recently. Like I said, I think this is likely typical of what we have been using and we just haven't had the proof.
Am I right in saying that it isn’t going to go cloudy? Sure would be nice if it could be detected without test. And is it fair to say then, because there seems to be some debate, if it’s cloudy it is most certainly a Bac ph issue not the peptide and likely fine to use?
Ah……once again…well, shit.Unfortunately no. According to ppl who know more than I do, the cloudiness can mean the pep is not binding with excipients. If that’s the case, the peps are not bioavailable to us (ie., useless). Also, the cloudiness could be caused by a defect that occurred during the lyophilization process, which means the Bac ph might be irrelevant to the cloudiness problem.
I wish I had ANY side affects to know that ive actually gotten Reta. Only side affect was no appetite for 2 days at 0.5mg. After that and titrating up too quickly, I have no side affects (week 5 and today, 6, I pinned 5mg). I am a big dude thoigh so not sure if that plays a role (6ft 290lbs). But I dont even have appetite suppression at this dose. Makes me thing I got either flaked by them or something idk. Its a vendor from this forum too that posts a lot. Not gonna say the name, because rules, but I might have to switch to someone else. And yes I use a calculator online to double check my reconstitution n all to get the accurate dosage. My side effects are some heartburn on pin days. I and my wife are both on 6mg. Not sure how much difference this has made, but we've stuck with Lilly's test schedule. Started 2mg for 4 weeks, then bumped up 2mg every 4 weeks. Everyone is different. YMMV

If you felt the effects when you first started, likely you got what you think you got. With all the major vendors, we really aren't seeing many issues with mass/purity on the GLPs. If what you are looking for is appetite suppression, your on the wrong med. Reta isn't great at this and you often need to push to higher doses. It doesn't make sense to continue to increase does just to get something that is not a primary effect of the med. If suppression is your goal, Tirz would be a better option.I wish I had ANY side affects to know that ive actually gotten Reta. Only side affect was no appetite for 2 days at 0.5mg. How long are you staying on a certain dose, like 1 week, 4 weeks?I wish I had ANY side affects to know that ive actually gotten Reta. Only side affect was no appetite for 2 days at 0.5mg. While I've never tried Tirz, Reta started my appetite suppression and feeling full day 2 at 2mg. Everyone is different with different reactions. If you felt the effects when you first started, likely you got what you think you got. I don't disagree with that, I'm just saying that since appetite suppression isn't the primary effect of Reta, it is not the right metric to use in figuring out dosage. I'm not saying its a bad choice (although I think for many people it isn't the best option, that's another post) I'm just saying that if appetite suppression is the primary concern, Tirz is better.I’d be careful with some of those conclusions. Yes, Tirz is better for appetite suppression - that’s my experience too. But plenty of ppl get appetite suppression from Reta at right dose. Also, for many, appetite suppression on Reta looks different than suppression on Tirz. For example, on Reta, many don’t report full suppression, but instead say they need to eat way less to get full. Finally, just bc we don’t hear about mass/purity issues doesn’t mean they don’t exist. There are many reasons for that.
Getting past side effects would seem like a normal and reasonable goal though with your fast escalation you may still have some to deal with in the coming weeks. Protocol is doubling the starting dose every 4 weeks, once you leave the tracks you don't know what's coming next.I wish I had ANY side affects to know that ive actually gotten Reta. I may be wrong but I'm guessing no.Did you ever take another GLP1 that you can compare with?
I weigh myself everyday. I've been balancing between 292-295 for the past 6 weeks, not a pound above or belowGetting past side effects would seem like a normal and reasonable goal though with your fast escalation you may still have some to deal with in the coming weeks. No mention of weight loss or the lack of, are you tracking this?
Did you get baseline blood work when you started for comparison?
What are your goals?
Cut yourself some slack, give the pep and your body time to work together.
The conditions we are treating didn't suddenly appear overnight, it takes time to properly address them.
Ive never taken another GLP1 before.I hear many ppl don’t get a result until 6mg, and others don’t see a result until 8 or 9mg. So you still have runway to titrate up.

Is your Reta cloudy or clear after reconstitution? If cloudy, it might be ineffective.
You should consider joining a test group
To add on to this. I pinned 8mg 3 times and with no side affects. Im going to have to test my vials because its probably not reta and probably tb 500Getting past side effects would seem like a normal and reasonable goal though with your fast escalation you may still have some to deal with in the coming weeks. That is an insane amount of, especially with no side effectsTo add on to this. I pinned 8mg 3 times and with no side affects. Im going to have to test my vials because its probably not reta and probably tb 500
