Just some awareness.
Did you receive a picture of the shipping label with tracking number?

Here is the alleged bosses email address to escalate issues [email protected] (found on ERP telegram)

Additionally - In their original vendor post "a responsible new partner - ERP" here is there shipping promise:

2. Shipping

We offer door-to-door shipping that includes customs clearance and tax. If a package is lost in transit or detained by customs, we’ll either reship your order for free or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

My expectation aligns with yours - they need to either refund in full or reship the order for free. @ERP Louise - PunkN is seeking compensation from you because that's the standard your company set in place as a vendor on the GLP-1 Forum and integrity matters.

Tagging @ZippityDooDah for visibility, hope that isn't out of line.

No picture of anything. I was was taken aback at the response and the emoji. I shared on their TG but thought everyone here should see it as well.

I took a screenshot of the shipping policy.

How long has the package been lost for? I could see them wanting to sit on it for a bit to see if it turns up (especially with all the recent chaos), but their last response in that exchange sounds a lot more like "tough luck" than "let's wait and see." Hopefully just some language barrier issue and they mean "lost" in a more temporary sense than the way the message comes across.

If you can't confirm they filled out the delivery address correctly, then they cannot claim the post office lost it. I would 100% push back on this.

I have made a review in the vendor channel.

Wanted to leave this here as well…
So is this just a delayed package (in which case ERP is in the right and shame on your for expecting Amazon-level service)? Or has it been a significant number of days from the last scan on that tracking number?

I get that you're pissed off that you ordered something and it hasn't arrived and from your POV they're ignoring you, but without sharing the relevant details it's going to be hard for people to know which of the above is the case here.

I saw that, but it purely speaks to poor communication on the part of the vendor (which if we're being honest is pretty common with most vendors in the gray market). It doesn't provide the information necessary to determine if we're looking at a LOST or a DEYLAYED package.

As such we can't determine if this is a case of a DELAYED package (in which case the vendor's using a poor choice of words) or a LOST package (in which case the vendor's response seems to deviate from their stated policy).

Edit: Looks like OP actually did share that in another separate post:
But that's not looking great if April 11th is the last sign of life. I've seen stuff come back to life after a 3 week absence before (no idea what the heck happened), but that's not typical.

There is nothing to determine - USPS has declared this package as lost and has advised the consignee to have the shipper file a claim. Mystery solved.

As someone who has worked in transportation for over two decades - A domestic package shipped about month ago via USPS is considered lost after 7-10 business days. Not that you have to be in the industry to know that - google does some pretty epic things. This package has been lost three times over. Given the vendors declared shipping policy, the vendor needs to make this right.

But also, totally get your point - if this were coming from CN I'd say wait at least 45-days before questioning reimbursement. Even then, you'd need to consider the state of customs and shipping delays.
