My doc would not even give me meloxicam since ibuprofen is "just as good." I rarely take it, but it's nice to have one-day dosing.

Stimulants (uppers) like modafinil are popular, as are muscle relaxers and insomnia meds (downers). Pet meds. Tret/retinol creams. Testosterone and other steroids from UGLs. AAS ancillaries like tadalafil, ezetimibe, and Jardiance. Viagra and Cialis at different strengths.

ReliableRx will ask for a Rx, but they don't require it. I don't know anyone who has actually submitted a prescription. When ordering last year, they called me a few days after each order, just to let me know it was on the way.

Some of the generic Indian Pharma companies have unsanitary conditions. I remember a couple of years ago, several people died and many many more became blind from contaminated eye drops. I remember one report saying the conditions were very unsanitary and that employees were walking around the manufacturing facility barefoot.

I prefer not to buy from Indian pharma unless there is no other option. Unfortunately, a lot of the time there is no other option.

Good point. I get prednisone,amoxicillian and cialis all the time and never an issue.

My new order is with an IndiaMart vendor called Beyond Care. I found them last year but haven't bought from until today. Over 1,000 reviews (and one good mention at Meso and a few on Reddit):

Total was $100 ($65 for 25-mg Jardiance tablets plus $35 shipping).

My package from Beyond Care at IndiaMart cleared customs so quickly that I don't even know how quickly it was. The tracking info shows it just passed through ISC with no delay at all. But it was a very small order of just Jardiance (100 tablets).

I took the plunge with an indian pharma in december. Excellent products and service - even though pack sat in NY for a couple weeks waiting on the holiday rush - paid pennies on the dollar and got months to a years worth of several items.

Glutathione injections may be your friend, even or especially beforehand. Anavar wrecked my liver enzymes, and I threw the rest away even though I still had most of it left.

That is what turned me on to South Korean glutathione, which I got from the Glow-Unique website. Oral NAC is good too, but I do both.

Regarding glutathione (GSH) vs. NAC in mice (both by IV):

But high doses of oral NAC (3+ grams daily) raised my hematocrit somewhat.

But no human data, that I know of. And rodent livers regenerate more easily anyway.

For the other aspects (reducing liver fat and lowering elevated liver enzymes), that is where the human data actually exists, and NAD+ is fairly/moderately promising (but nowhere near as promising as reta, which is more like a liver miracle). Like up to a 20 percent reduction in liver fat with NAD+ (or precursors) vs. 80+ percent with reta:

My emergency nonprescription prescription stash includes:

• azithromycin (“z pack”)
• amoxicillin
• acyclovir (antiviral for herpes outbreaks)
• ivermectin
• hydroxychloraquine
• tadalifil (Cialis)
• ondansetron (zofran anti nausea)

Most of these aren’t prescription outside the US. If I could pick only two from this list, definitely the first and the last. At least twice every winter I will get a sinus infection. At the first symptom (colorful nose blowing), I’ll run a z pack. Boom gone. Why should I have to try to get into my doctor or pay for urgent care for something so simple???

Zofran should be over the counter as well (imo).

I also get sinus infections twice a year, secondary to head colds, and just as it was six months ago, my current one is during a three-week cruise. Mexico's legit pharmacies have started to enforce Rx... there oughta be a law against that!

depends what part of the country you live in if z-pak appropriate for sinus. 75% of the bacteria respond to the antibiotic in Florida but since so over used up north, 90% of the bacteria causing sinus in New England are resistant. It does however have the property of most macrolides of having a side effect of anti-inflamatory properties. Current studies show that high dose amoxicillin works the best.

I had read that. None of the big supermarket ones I visited in Puerto Vallarta had them. I avoided the tourist pharmacies like the plague.
