It’s really good for making sure you don’t lose weight too fast it tracks your weight-loss and recalculates calories and protein and stuff weekly based on how much you’re losing

I use it to make sure I’m hitting my protein goal and staying under my caloric intake for the day. I like having the data in hand to know him hitting certain metrics.

I mainly use it to reach my protein goal and make sure I’m not losing weight too fast. I’m trying to avoid skin sag and keep my muscle.

I very much believe in tracking and have done it daily for years but I absolutely hated Macrofactor. I used MyFitnessPal for a long time but it started to get really buggy. I tried Macrofactor from there and I found logging to be a real PIA compared to MyFitnessPal. I tried pretty much all of and settled on LostIt! It has the easiest logging of any I tired and I even like it better than MyFitnessPal. Plus its free and even the upgrade, which isn't take big a deal, is cheap.

I just like how MacroFactor adapts and adjusts calories based on weight-loss and stuff instead of like an Apple Watch which is inaccurate

MacroFactor the biggest scam app. Using myfitnesspal to track calories and protein is good enough. You don’t need to pay monthly to adjust calories if you don’t lose weight

I like how it adjusts for me it’s simple

all it does is track weight for seven days, get the average weigh-in...does that same method for 2 weeks, and if you dont lose weight, slightly adjusts calories depending on the average weighin for 2 weeks..... its basically a dynamic TDEE calculator View: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/4mhvpn/adaptive_tdee_tracking_spreadsheet_v3_rescue/

No I don't see the value and cannot justify paying for something like that.

I like it. The food scanner / database is a lot better than MFP's (and you also need MFP premium (~€65,-) to use their scanner function) .
I use the bundle with their Workout app for €74,99 per year which is not a bad deal imho.
