Does diluting Klow reduce sting?

Hi all,

Just ordered some 80mg Klow, a bit worried about the sting. Am considering diluting with 6 or 7 ml bac water in a 10ml vial. Does anyone know will diluting like this actually help reduce sting ? If so, does anyone know where I can get some sterile 10ml vials in USA I'm currently in the US for a month. I'll be using hospira bac.
Or is it ok to just use 2 or 2.5ml bac water in the 3ml vial ?

Thanks 👍

I find it helps quite a bit. I started KLOW last week. The first 12 IU I took of just KLOW was not something I look forward to again. What I did was take a 3 mg sterile vial and added 3 ml BAC to it, because I wanted to keep the 30 ml bottle clean from potential backflow. You can certainly use a 10 ml vial and add as much as you want, but that may be a large volume pin for 12 IU or 2 mg. I pull 12 IU of KLOW and then pull another 12 IU BAC into the syringe. Then I do 2 mini-pins about 1/2 inch apart. I've been alternating love handles, although some people use the top of the glute.

I've found that this way, the sting subsides within 4-5 hours and by the next day, I'm ready to pin the alternate love handle. It's still a bit uncomfortable and I have a fairly high pain threshold. I do have some lidocaine on order, but I'm told it wears off after an hour or two, but I'm going to give it a go. I can live with it for now.

The cheapest 10 mL sterile vials are on Amazon, but the most sterile are pyrogen free and you can get those at peptidetest dot com.

Have you taken GHK-CU by itself before? Wondering if GHK-CU might be be more tolerable?

I feel like this really depends on the individual, so this is only my anecdote: reduce, yes, eliminate, no.

I thought it was the GHK-Cu that was the cause of the sting? The BPC, KPV and TB-500 were supposedly added to reduce ISRs. I was told that adding GHK basic would help, so it must be the copper. How much to add, I'm not sure.

Ok not sure I want this now lol.
I guess I'll order some 10ml vials and maybe add 1 ml to the pep vial then transfer it all over to the 10ml vial and add another 7 ml of Bac. Giving 8ml bac total. Then a 2mg dose daily will be 20ius. Hopefully at that dilution it won't be too bad.
Was thinking of running 2mg daily for 40 days ie one vial initially. See if I feel / notice any difference.

I was hoping you would say GHK-CU by itself isn't as bad as I plan to try that by itself. Already tried BPC and KPV for inflammation.

Hope it works out. Not everyone has a reaction to it. I would add at least KPV to it, if you do.

Everyone is different. It may not be bad at the dilution. My cycle will be 60 days as I've heard it can take a while to get full effects.

Thanks chili777, I'll update here how it goes .

If it makes you feel any better, I just started yesterday and was super nervous about KLOW's spicy reputation, so I transferred to a 10ml sterile vial and used 6ml BAC. My first shot was a breeze, with only very minor stinging. My dose today was completely pain free.

I've read from quite a few sources that it's the GHK-cu that causes the burn, and the added KPV has a side effect of reducing the pain.

Very nice. I've read that about 5% of the user population doesn't get the histamine reaction at all. I'm sure the BAC dilution helped as well.

That's great to hear and is what I'm planning on doing in a 10ml vial with 8ml bac. Hoping it goes well. I can't start for about a week as I'm travelling ATM. But thanks for sharing . Hope it works just as well for me.

Incidentally what dosage schedule are you using ?

My mom is one of those.

All y'all start with a normal dilution; 3 ml to 50 mg of the ghk-cu component. If you don't get a reaction, then you're fine and you don't need to use up all that bac water over something that doesn't apply to you. If you do, dilute it to half-strength (pull an equal amount of bac to your units before you pull your dose. Don't do it the other way around or you'll risk contaminating your bac.) If you still do, dilute with 2/3 bac and 1/3 your dose. (If your volume was 12 units of KLOW, pull 24 of bac and 12 of KLOW). If you STILL do, try 3/4 bac, 1/4 klow (36 units of bac, 12 units of KLOW.)

If you STILL get a reaction, then man, KLOW may just not be for you unless you're ok with always having a bruise or two. But one of those four will work out for most people.

Oddly enough, I used to get reactions and had to do 12 ml bac to 70mg (of the ghk-cu component) on an overfilled vial. I've been trying out another kit I had on hand that's closer to the 50-10-10-10 than my overfilled one, and I'm NOT getting the bruises anymore. I may try to rebalance the other one by adding more of the other three components, if I get bored.

Good advice. I have to up the BAC. 12 and 12 isn't cutting it. I have a lump on one side and a bruise (hit a vessel) on the other side. Not giving up, but today was a rest day.

I am diluting the Klow in a 10ml vial with 1.8ml lido/epi and 8.2ml bac water. I also use a longer 12.7mm needle. I still have a reaction to it, but it has definitely diminished. Still have my red welt that takes a few days to go away. I inject in my outer thigh area. I have tried a few places and this area works best for me, on pain of the shot afterwards and for the welts to go away the quickest.

I am thinking of just buying the Ghk-cu and KPV separate and trying those together for the next cycle. I hope that will still work for the body aches and pains.

I don't get anything when adding to the love handles area and 75% of time ok with glutes but every now and again, when adding to a glute, I get a beating like a drum with pain shooting in the area I have pinned. I do get a slight sting/itch when using CJC/IPA but only lasts a few minuets.

oh yeah, that recommendation was to the room at large who may not ever have tried klow before and is talking about starting high out of what-if, not you specifically. 😀

Based on the GHK-cu dosage only, I did 1mg the first day as a test, then moved up to 2mg yesterday. I may move up to 4mg after the first month if I tolerate it well. My KLOW80 tested as overfilled to 60mg of GHK-cu, so diluted with 6ml BAC it's an easy 10 units per 1mg. What I really have is KLOW95, according to the Janoshik report!

I'm doing 5 days a week: Sun thru Thurs, then my reta on Fri as I've always done, then Saturday off. I plan to do 12 weeks on, then 4 weeks off.

80mg Klow will typically have 50mg GHK-cu. I mix 1mL BAC/10mg GHK-cu and I feel nothing. That'd be 5mL for your bottle, unless you know it's overfill, then adjust accordingly.
