Technically Possible To Combine Reta/Tirz w/ Eloralintide?

I did. Fresh vial. Felt great today. Food noise is pretty quiet as well. Tuesday and Wednesday are my typical higher-calorie days, but not this week. I have had to remind myself to eat. Moderate dry mouth throughout the day. A bit thirstier, but other than that, smooth sailing so far. Still pretty early. Thanks for checking in.
Where did you generate the Active Med graph? Isn't the half life of Eloralintide longer than the usual for most peps?

Besides uther, is there anyone else carrying this at the "kit" level, not individual vials?

Peter hinted in an interview that he's tested another sample of eloralintide from another manufacturer, but didn't disclose the name. Hopefully we'll figure out who soon.

First, I wanted to say thanks for all the prayers from my fellow Freaks!
Update week 2. Took 2nd dose yesterday. 1 mg again. As you can see with the 14-day 1/2 life, the medicine has increased. The level of saturation will only increase. The half-life is twice the weekly dosage. No other GLP has this long a half-life. I have tried to time this 2 days prior to my normal weekly Tirz (15mg) shot. Again this week, those days the food suppression, which normally fades, has been suppressed. I am eating because I have to hit my Calories. Yesterday, I noticed an 8-point uptake in RHR. That has subsided. The thirst and dry mouth remain but have reduced. All is good. If stacking low and slow is the move. Down 3 lbs in the last 10 days. At this stage (13 months), that number is well above average, as my weight loss has come to a crawl.

I had a look at the eloralintide papers yesterday, and found the half life info confusing. At all doses tested from 0.1mg to 12mg the half life was about 2 weeks but at doses of 1-4.5mg the half life was about a week. This does not really make a lot of sense, it is not impossible for drugs to have complex pharmacokinetics with different rates of decay at different doses, but I could not make sense of what the practical real world half life was, except probably a week at least at lower doses. Hopefully some bigger studies will clear this up, or I am misreading something. Obviously the people doing that app think it is 2 weeks.

Also found the weight loss did not look like it was anywhere near plateau at 48 weeks, so max weight loss for elora is likely to be better than the numbers seen so far, and in rats at least it had better lean mass preservation than cagrilintide, especially at lower doses. ( high doses tended to make them eat nothing for a week which might explain this effect being different at high doses.)

The half-life is 12-14 days, per the studies, not just a random number from the app. I was surprised the app was correct.

I'm just getting started, at a dose of only 0.5mg. I'm going to increase it to 1 mg next dose. At 0.5mg I'm not noticing any particular side effects, and any hunger suppression is subtle. I guess I need to be less timid in my dosing. 🙂
I'm trying out the Regimen app, so the half-life calculation will be helpful.

Retatrutide: raises resting heart rate
Eloralintide: lowers resting heart rate

Are we looking at some Golidlocks heart rate action here when you take both? 😛
