I'd love to talk about dose and weight tracking methods. I personally have myself a pocket calendar where I track what I injected and on what day.

I want to know: how are you keeping track of your methods? What do you keep track of?

Are there some neat apps out there? Do you have a fancy scale in your bathroom that tracks your weight? Do you track how often do you weigh yourself in your notes?

And I'd love to know about things outside of injection. Where do you keep your blood test results? Printed, saved as a PDF on the cloud, in a NAD/external hard drive?

I'd even love to know if you have your supplies organized or if you've reworked a vanity to be a "peptide station." LOL

I'm curious, I just want to know! Let's chat!

Shotsy for tracking weight and injection timing and dose.

Spreadsheet for logging dates/notes, another for inventory management, another for weight loss projection/tracking.

I have a folder in the cloud that contains everything, with folders for labs, scans, etc.

Still a relative "lightweight" (ha!) when it comes to usage but...

I weigh on a Withings scale which sends my weight to (I don't remember the exact chain of events) Apple Health, MyFitnessPal because I've had it since 2012, and Shotsy which I use the paid version of to track Tirz and Cagri injections. Seeing the graphs helped me understand in the beginning how the med was compounding over time.

I also tell ChatGPT my weight daily and have it calculate my overall weight lost, the weight lost for the week, pounds left to final goal, pounds left to a more immediate, smaller goal and pounds left until I hit a normal BMI. That's been convenient in helping discover trends (which days of the week do I tend to lose the least, that it's normal for me to maintain weight for X days before dropping, etc.) and help me forecast reasonable goals.

No fancy peptide station, just an acrylic tray that I keep in the fridge with two super basic plastic storage containers from Amazon and my wipes (and not my needles anymore because I finally got the memo that that isn't cool). I set up on the kitchen hightop, draw up in front of the window because I have old people eyes, and store the used syringes in a canning jar until I unload them all into a sharps container. BAC water is in the bubble envelope it came in in the back of the cupboard. Very unglamorous all around. 🙂

I have a notebook that I use to track any changes to my dose or time of administration. Now that I'm on maintenance, those don't change very often.

I use the Simple Weight Tracker app to keep track of my weight, which I take on a basic bathroom scale, right after I pee every morning.

I bought these drawers from Amazon to store needles, syringes, pen cartridges, bac water, and all my Korean skincare supplies. That, and my sharps container, are in my bedroom closet.

I keep the peps themselves in a mini fridge with a separate freezer, in my bedroom.

I use a generic app called "Goal Tracker." You simply put a check mark in a calendar on each day you do something. You can add notes to each entry. I have separate calendar pages for Reta, KLOW, CJC/IPA, my daily meds, my climbing days and my yoga days. It is missing some functionalities I would like, but works well enough.

I weigh myself on a scale and then enter that into my smart watch, which then uses bioelectrical impedance to measure BF%, etc. This info is stored on the watch app on my phone.

Edit: I also use Gemini to track kcals and macros each day.

Regarding apps, I've been using Peptide Tracker & Calculator for several months now. It has some drawbacks, as it's not a dedicated GLP-1 app, so it lacks guided presets and calorie tracking, but overall considering my use case, I think it's one of the better options I've tried.

I've never heard of shotsy! Are you worried about putting data in the app? I doubt injecting peptides would get a person prosecuted, but I'm worried about companies handing my data to whoever they want.

But I have to say, I love a spreadsheet!

This is a great idea. I should definitely try to track trends like these...

There’s nothing particularly sensitive about my weight or injections. I’m not worried about it in the slightest.

If I was worried about that, I probably wouldn’t have 756 posts in a public forum.

shots and weight in shotsy (free version) weigh on regular bathroom scale, all my supplies are just in a basket on my counter. Honestly, kind of half assing it all.

How do I track my progress? Obsessively.

I use Lose It! For calories. Free and probably has the easiest/fastest system for logging that I have ever seen.

For exericse, all Garmin. I tried Whoop for awhile but, while it is a great sensor, they have no idea what to do with the data and I feel like all their metrics are total garbage.

For weight, I use Hume scale. Huge waste of money but it does seem to at least function as a scale. All the body scanning stuff is garbage.

For GLPs, I use the forbidden app (starts with G, ends with Lapp). Easy and i really like the way it tracks levels.

Where does all this data go? In what is probably an overly complex Google Sheet that tracks data and progress. I always use a 7 day rolling average for weight and make small adjustments if things aren't trending the way I want them to. I'm a big believer in having good, consistsnt, calorie and weight data and making adjustments based on that.

I just love an excel sheet. Did you build your own sheet/formulas? or did you grab one off the internet?

I use Libra to track weight, Google calendar to track chinese mystery powder injections, and Google fit to track exercise.

I keep COA's in a Google drive folder, and print them out to store in the thermoses where the peps they're for live.

I have a Excel spread sheet with shot amounts, date of the shots, my weight, BMI, Body fat %, who it came from, BAC amounts, I also list the actual fill amounts for mixing and date mixed. I also print labels of who I got it from, mg size and date. IE: ABC, R50 and 5/11/26.
My supply cabinet in the garage.

Shotsy

I use a free app called Peppedia where I log my doses, location of the shot, track my wait and protocols I currently take. Gives me an alarm/reminder as well when I'm due for my shots.

I tried a few apps for like 5 months : Shotsy, Gala GLP1, ***CENSORED APP: DISCUSSION PROHIBITED DUE TO LEGAL THREATS FROM DEVELOPER***, disediary, dose wise, my own excel sheet with formulas. None was perfect but I now use the Renpho smart scales app and Shotsy. And once in a while, I import the renpho app data to my Excel just because I like data.

As my experiments in peptides began before I learned of this board, I did what I always do, I created an excel spreadsheet. LoseIt for the calorie tracking. I bought a decent scale on Amazon, confirmed accurate to my Dr's scale.

If I had it to do over again, I'd have gotten a high quality body scan before starting, tracked in Shotsy, and bought a Hume scale. Or one of those mechanical beam Dr's scales.

The biggest advance in my journey was joining this site, as well as learning of the peptide calculators.

Yep, those are awesome. I'm not, or should I say I haven't been afraid for the larger vials of Reta. I have a ton of 50 and 60mg, heck I even have a R140 kit on the way from a GB. It even helps with the R30 now that I'm up in 8mg pins. I forgot to mention the Renpho Elis2X smart scale.

Couldn't find anything I liked in an app so I just used a spreadsheet and did my own. It isn't as crazy as I could make it. Most of the calcs come down to how many calories over/under. I track a rolling 7-day average of my weight and it calculates how many calories I have been over/under a day for the last week. (Todays average-aversge 7 days ago x 3500/7). It makes it really easy to make adjustments. When I was dropping weight, I used a rolling 14-day just becuse the 7 tended to be too noisy. At maintenence/lean bulk, the 7 day seems to work better.

I am going to construct a peptide station as well and need inspo!

downloaded shotsy! thank you

I think weight is good to look at, but if you are not overweight and you start lifting at the same time, especially when going for a body recomp, I wouldn’t check the scale too much.

In the beginning, you might lose 3–4 kg in the first few days just by losing glycogen and water weight. After that, you will slowly lose weight, but during a body recomp, you’re also going to build some muscle in the process. So at some point, you might not lose as much weight as you would like.

But here’s the thing: you may look way better in the mirror each day, even if the scale doesn’t move much.

I would weigh myself every 5 days, in the morning on an empty stomach after using the toilet. Track that and look at the overall weight differences over time. After every 10 days, you can make changes or adjustments if needed.

START TAKING PICTURES: same lighting, same spot, same time!
Best of luck!

I want to as well. I know to keep my peptides in the fridge, but how fun would it be to rework a vanity to have all your pinning supplies in one place?!
