So I guess this just worked in the background and silently did it's job.That is to be expected.
If you read the studies ( e.g. Overview of Epitalon—Highly Bioactive Pineal Tetrapeptide with Promising Properties and Epitalon increases telomere length in human cell lines through telomerase upregulation or ALT activity ) then it should be obvious that most of the effects would not be immediately noticeable.
The main exception might be increased melatonin synthesis, which could lead to better sleep quality and a more regulated circadian rhythm. However, if your sleep hygiene is already excellent, you likely won't notice a significant change.
Conversely, if your rhythm is heavily disrupted by factors like late-night caffeine or excessive screen time, the benefits might also be masked or minimized.
