Peptides for a tweaked back

Another option would be the GH peptides.

Part of the reason KPV is popular is the idea of relief sooner than later.

One anecdote for BPC+TB:

BTW, an inversion table was recommended by a neurosurgeon years ago. I should use it more since I usually go months at a time without using it.
I had a bulging disk. Did all the PT. Inversion table was great for pain relief when I first started. It makes a difference and I have to believe it helps with the healing as it takes pressure off the spine. Good luck. Let me know if you want advice on what brand or tabe to buy? Good luck

Hopefully others can chime in as I've never tried to heal an infection with BPC. I've never noticed any significant benefits from using BPC but I'm still on it because of FOMO. KPV as well.

Glutathione, on the other hand, has done wonders for me. I dropped the bar on my thigh a few weeks ago, and my leg was swollen and bruised and just would not heal at all. It was extremely inflamed and painful. I started Glutathione shots a few days ago and my leg's almost completely healed now - I can't believe it even as I say it. I suspect it's reduced the inflammation on my leg, but the change was quite dramatic.
That Glutathione experience is insane, dropping a bar on your thigh and having it almost fully heal in just a few days is wild. That’s actually really helpful to hear because I’ve been mainly focused on BPC and KPV but never seriously considered Glutathione.
The inflammation and swelling has been the biggest issue. Been relying on the ER to drain the toe but I’m finally going to get proper medical attention for it when i have the time. Might have to add Glutathione into the mix based on your experience.

Thanks! Tbh I’m not a big fan of edibles, or weed in general. I wouldn’t mind a norco though but hard to get prescribed. Driving is out of the question right now anyways though.

The pain clinics here in Arizona are fairly liberal, as long as you take a urine test. I have never had to go, but they are the best option.

As a reminder, one can take up to 3,000 mg of Tylenol a day (the conservative maximum). Up to 1,000 mg every 6 hours. Oral NAC or injecting glutathione can support the liver, if concerned.

My favorite non-opiod cocktail that was once prescribed for sciatic pain: meloxicam, low-dose gabapentin, and low-dose Cymbalta. Of course, you can't take meloxicam, ibuprofen, or other NSAIDs while on prednisone or other corticosteroids.

That sounds really painful and frustration; I hope you get the attention you need and deserve.

There seems to be a decent amount of study on glutathione's would healing capabilities actually. I've read a study on the efficacy of glutathione mesotherapy in burns, and glutathione surprisingly accelerated the healing process. I'm thinking of trying local injections on my thigh this week, as I've only been doing IM glute injections.

I haven't seen anyone mention it yet, but u should look into Cartalax, it's supposed to regrow cartilage. If u have any issues with arthritis, RETA is supposed to help to reduce bone spurs and reduce arthritic bone. Both are supposed to help to reduce inflammation.

That's very helpful; thank you. I was considering Cartalax at one point but completely forgot about it. I will bump it up on my infinitely growing buy list.

I had a back issue that I thought was a slipped disk, but it wasn’t. Went to the doctor and then physical therapy. It look a while as it was in my lumbar, and my core was weakened by overweight. Physical therapy worked wonders, but it did take a couple months to get better.

Buy the book Back Mechanic. It’s a bit repetitive but it has perfect advice.
