I am still mostly plant based. I got tired of rolling my summer rolls in rice paper and now just make them deconstructed and put the peanut sauce on top. Mango season here for the win!

I also make a loaf of sourdough a week. I can always tell when it is shot day, everything sounds good. I love seeing all of your photos!

The glob is Greek yogurt with chopped green onions to smear onto the baked then chilled then crisped potatoes with 2% cheddar on top. Bit of super high polyphenol olive oil drizzled around in place of butter. A different day and I’d have eaten half and put half way but it’s near re-pin day. I’ll eat very lightly for the rest of it regardless.

Turned 27 today. Pound of beef to celebrate. I think it has seasonings on it too.
