Drop Your Numbers

I reached my third and final goal of 190 last weekend. Now I have to figure out what's next. I just received some Cagri to help ward off any munchies as I start to titrate down on Reta. I still plan to settle around 4-5 mg for the other benefits. That's the plan anyway. I have a large amount to last a long time. I don't even care what newer GLPs become available because it's like it was made for me. Now I have to focus on strength training to rebuild the muscle lost during the weight loss process.
Yess! 💯Congrats! Good strategy with the Cagri for titrating down, I’m thinking I may do that as well once I get to final goal.
