I’ve just finished my first vial of BPC. Was taking .5mg eveyday. Now looking to do a BPC/TB blend. Heard it’s not always good to take TB everyday like BPC. What’s some opinions on this?

Most of what's being sold is TB4 in blends. TB-500 is the trendy name that everyone knows. TB4 has similar dosing to BPC-157.

What is TB4? Never heard of it. Is it the same at BPC? I’m trying to recover from a post ACL surgery. Trying to get my knee and new ligament back to where I was before the injury

TB4 is the full chain that's produced naturally in your body to aid in repair.

TB-500 is a fragment of TB4 that has a longer half-life.

I've only had experience with BPC-157 and TB4 personally for bicep tendon and knee issues I had for a while. This combo made an insane difference in a short period of time.

And you can take TB4 everyday like BPC?

Ya I think it is opposite

Also to the best of my understanding, all of the benefits people claim TB-500 has are actually from TB-4 studies. TB4 is very different and I’m actually making the switch from BPC + TB500 to just BPC because there is so little research on TB500

From what I’ve heard anyway and always happy to learn more

I've done a decent amount of group testing for the fun of it. Don't trust the vendor CoA's 🙂

And you found people are calling things TB500 (7 amino acid chain) and it is actually TB4 (43 amino acid chain).

TB4 being much more difficult to create and which also has a much lower half life.

I mean I just don’t think that make sense.

I mean if they are going through the effort of making 43 amino acid chain TB4, the peptide with all the great health studies done on it, you’d think they would just market it as that. Not some easier to make and less studied peptide.

Plus, TB500 is more expensive than BCP...If TB4 is the most effective of the 2, it would make more sense to try and source that (assuming it is available). I started on BCP and have since added KPV...on my next buy, I was going to get some kits of TB500...gunna have to study on this... 👍

Please report back what you find if you want, we are all learning in real time and I could be very wrong

I am curious what dose you used. I have rotator cuff and biceps tendon injury.

Yep. Literally done the testing and found that out. Not sure why you think I'd be lying about it.

Unfortunately, the test groups I'm in have opted to keep the results private or I would be glad to share them.

I’d to BPC .5 mg per day. That’s what I’m doing for my knee recovery and I’ve seen improvements

What is a group buy/test? How does that work. Everyone chip in and then spread out the supply they get?

I did 500mcg 2x daily of BPC-157 and TB4 during the first 8 weeks and tapered it down to 250mcg of both 1x daily from 8-12. I haven't used it since, but my knee pain has gone down significantly (I think losing 60 pounds has had something to do with that as well.)

Where I saw the biggest noticeable differences was with golfers' elbow and bicep tendonitis around the shoulder. When benching even with just the bar alone my elbow felt like it was going to explode. Now I'm doing 165x5 with no issues. Baby weights for many I know but massive for me considering where I was at previously. Similar story with the bicep tendonitis.

I very clearly said why it doesn’t make sense to me at least

You may be 100% right. Lot a of things are true that don’t make sense to some people.

We are all in this learning process together.

Now to be fair you are just an account online. So it is very important we question the things we hear online and that is a healthy part of the learning process.

I have acute pain in my lower back from a decades old compression injury. 15 years ago, I had a back xray and the doc said it was said I had fused vertebra...I was doing a lot of hiking at the time and there wasn't much pain. Since then, I put on some weight, and tapered off on the hiking/walking. The back has been much worse. New doc sends me for another xray, and says I have hairline fractures but the pain may also be tied to arthritis. So I get a tirz script from her and I am down 17lbs as of today. I also have been doing a couple miles of walking 3-4 times a week as I slowly build back up to hiking mode. The pain was pretty severe when I started and is way less now. Most of it I attribute to both the weight loss and the exercise...I did start on BPC-157 2 weeks ago, 250mcg. I am drug sensitive so I always opt for a low starter dose. First few doses made me dizzy, so I started pinning at night...I also started KPV a week ago, and it gave me a nice mellow feeling. Same 250mcg dose. I pin that in the AM. I gotta say, the pain has rolled off faster since the KPV...I ordered 4 kits of that... 😎 I think the BPC is doing it's thing and will stay with it. Side benefit to the BPC is that I think it is helping with the 'tirz stomach'. I pinned tirz yesterday and barely had a burp or two. I have always had to suck on some tums, particularly at night...I have a vial of TB500 and may add it to the mix once I feel sorted out on the KPV....👍

I pinned 5mg eod, thought thas was the basic dose.
.5-1mg is plenty for your body. 5mg you are just waisting money and it’s really not helping you more.

You pin in stomach or near injury?

Every Janoshik report I see has the results listed as TB-500(TB4), which further muddies the water
I believe the results for each report would be listed something like:
  • TB-500 (889 Da)
  • clearly fragment version
  • not full-chain TB4

  • TB-500 (TB4)
  • no fragment notation
  • no 889 Da notation
  • implies they consider it TB4/full-length style material

I rotate thigh and stomach with tirz...I log each time where...I have seen that it probably doesn't matter if you pin near the location...ymmv
