Let's say 2kg a week for a short amount of time, like 8 weeks.
Hormonal and not regaining it back2kg/4.4lb week sustained for 8 weeks isn't "short term" for most people (exceptionally heavy people could have that much water weight).
That's something like a 2k calorie daily deficit, assuming the water weight isn't included.
What do you mean recoverable?
I was thinking "not dead"What do you mean recoverable?
Unlikely without actual androgenic steroids. A simple calorie deficit, even a harsh one, will probably not permanently harm you unless your malnutrition causes scurvy or kidney failure or osteoporosis but all of those can be avoided if you're careful with supplementation.Hormonal and not regaining it back
I keep hearing that lately but if you look on here it doesn't add up? I have yet to see anyone on here having stone issues. Including meStudies showed that gallstones start appearing above 1.5% weekly body weight loss.
