Currently on week 4 of my Reta journey and one real pleasant side effect has been a reduction in snoring.

I’ve gone from being a moderate/heavy snorer to almost no snoring. I feel re-born!
No more dry mouth or sore throat in the morning and I wake up fresh as a daisy.

Most importantly I no longer keep my wife and kids awake with my snoring.

Has anyone else experienced the same?

I think my snoring has gone down to almost nothing, but I think it is from the weight loss

Yep, My snoring was apparently so bad it affected my wife's sleep. Some nights she had to sleep in another room. I had an appointment for a sleep study earlier this year but cancelled it after deciding to try Reta and lose 40 lbs. I hate the thought of a CPAP.

My snoring completely vanished within two weeks on Reta. Snoring has been a problem for a long time including periods when I was 10 lbs lighter so this change can't be attributed to just weight loss.

I'm sure there are a lot of ailments Reta can't improve but I'm impressed by what I've seen in 8 weeks including: elimination of snoring, quit two hypertension meds, and near elimination of PVCs. On the other hand, sleep quality dropped substantially.with Reta.

Understandable that weight loss had something to do with it but I didn’t expect it to happen in the first week.

I agree, there is something that Reta does that it targets snoring.
I’ve slept relatively well in the first 3 weeks, good 8 hours with no interruptions. What happened to your sleep quality, how was it affected?

One thing I did notice though was air hunger a day after I pin two weeks in. Increased water consumption did help but it still makes an appearance from time to time.

My phone tracks my snoring. After 9 months on Reta, it was 10 minutes total last night. Before Reta it was 6+ hours of sawing logs. The latest trial results also showed a reduction in sleep apnea and I think they go hand in hand. I'm sure weight loss also has an effect on the reduction. I used to have some previous apnea and woke up gasping a few times, but that was usually after getting bombed on martini's, and I don't do that anymore either. Win-win.

Our bed tracks all kinds of crap, but not snoring.
A galaxy watch can be your partner. It will let you know, more than some meat bag.
I don't think it would go over well if I called my wife that.

I frequently wake up and have difficulty getting back to sleep. And I'm lucky to get 15.minutes of deep sleep. Smart watch says I spend about 2 hours awake every night.

I don't think I'm that unusual but it certainly doesn't affect everyone like this. My wife is on the same dose and she says she's sleeping great. Probably because the bedroom is now more quiet. 🙂

My snoring is now recorded as light, which is a bonus, but to be fair Tirz did all the heavy lifting for me to reduce my weight. Reta is added to blast the last bit of visceral fat,.
