Hello im doing some studying regarding dosages, ratios and shelf life after reconstitution of this particular blend. With the intent to use to stack with reta in the capacity of muscle retention and to compliment moderate resistance training. First off, is it just better to buy them separately? Im understanding a before bed dosage is suggested. And a ratio Tesa/Ipa of 2:1-3:1 being a decent one. Daily theoretical dosage of ???

Expiration. So peppedia says NOT to refrigerate after recon, and you've got about 7 days before its no longer "wr stable"? Then another random site is saying to refrigerate, yet use within 48 hours. How the heck do you make any efficiency out of vial regarding titration? Or do you just buy a bunch of it and throw away stale leftovers all month? I guess im trying to put together a plan that works regarding the synergy of Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin. Thank you for any insights or opinions. 👍👍👍🥷

Oh wow, thats news to me too. I thought you refrigerated all peps basically after reconstitution? As soon as my finger stick stuff gets here this week I wanna do the ipa/tesa combo too. So anyone that brings more info to the thread will be greatly appreciated.
 
I'm about halfway through my first Tesa/Ipa (10mg/3mg) kit, here's my experience so far.

I recon with 2ml BAC and take a daily dose before bed of 2mg Tesa (40 units). Each vial goes in the refrigerator after being reconned and after each use, each vial lasts 5 days.

I have had zero issues with this so far, besides some initial difficulties reconning a vial due to user error.
 
The issue with refrigeration usually is that it gels up when a small amount of water is used to recon. That can simply be avoided by reconning with more water. I have the 10/3mg Tesa/Ipa blend and recon with 2.5ml water, which gives me 2/.6mg per 50 units. I recon 2 vials at a time and they last a total of 10 days (5 days each) and I store them in the refrigerator. No issues at all for me.

I started Tesa and IPA on May 16 in separate vials but injected at same time, 1mg of Tesa and 300mcg of IPA. Bottles are still clear and product appears to be working well. I have always refrigerated them.
 
I know some vendors are selling this combo already mixed, would it be possible to mix these two from separate vials after recon making my own mixed vial? Anyone have any experience with this?
 
I have a 6:1 Tesa:IPA blend, it’s refrigerated. Will last me 1 month, no concerns about degradation.

Great input yall, thank you so much. I was hoping to hear that it can glide for a little while without wasting out within a couple days.

To add at little more context to the mix, my girl ran the same re-conned bottle for 4-6 weeks as a rookie not knowing any better and honestly she slimmed up visibly even in previously stubborn areas. She's a jogger at about 15-25 km per week. And the stuff did for her what she'd hoped and then some. Even at whatever weakened potency that we may be discussing.

The infomation I have is 2mg tesa and 300mcg ipa. Where does the 1:1 mix come from?
 
I'm going to be adding this next. I've been using Reta and just want a bit more help.
I already knew about the misinformation about temperature and degradation and I see others posted about it already.

After looking things up , it looks like 2mg tesa and 300mcg ipa daily is what I want.

My plan for blending...
I will first reconstitute each vial with Hospira as follows:
20mg vial of tesa with 1ml BAC
10mg vial of ipa with 3ml BAC
Then I will mix 1ml of ipa and 1ml of tesa into a pen cart
If I did this correctly, 20 units = 2mg tesa+ 333mcg ipa daily.

The remaining 2ml of ipa will be used on the next two tesa vials.

There are two of us sharing the pen, so it looks like one pen will only last 5 days. The entire kit of tesa should be gone in 50 days leaving 6 vials plus 2/3 of one vial of ipa remaining, which might make me buy more kits of tesa. I could have just bought 5mg ipa but I got a deal.

These are on Amazon for about 10 bucks for a 10 pack box. Probably can get away with smaller ones too for your particular amount for this. I literally ordered last night 10mg Tesa and 5mg IPA kits. 🤣

Stay in school kids. Just kidding, I still have never had to find the inverse function of x in the line of work I went into.

I used the blend calculator someone else mentioned above and plugged in numbers until it looked easy to blend.
