yes it's true fellow peppers! I really broke the 200 pound sound barrier 🤣

I go to gym once a week, twice if I'm feeling froggy 🐸 rest is walking around my neighborhood and chasing 6 yr old granddaughter around 🤣

SW 235 CW 199 GW 180
57 yr old man 5' 6"
taking 5mg tirzepatide 1.5 reta every 6 days

I'm so pumped! Feels really good. it might not sound like alot of weight to some people but that weight and my horrible eating habits were fukn killing me. I actually bought a bag of apples from Costco vs my usual thunderdome pack of cookies. both my parents died early from diabetes and kidney issues...that propelled me to start this journey.

thank you to all of the kind people in this community for sharing their knowledge and experience 💯

Being that I’m stuck at 228 for the last three weeks I can only imagine how you’re feeling. This is not a sprint. That is for sure. What a killer job. Congrats.

have you tried "adding to the equation" like i think of it? I hit a little wall a couple weeks back. Thats when i started adding the weights to my normal cardio/walks...and it restarted it. Not like the first few weeks but did seem to get me back trending how i wanted

Im great. Weight loss is a small part of my plan. I’ve been lifting and I’m getting stronger weekly. My diet is perfect. I could not be happier. If all I wanted was to lose pounds that would be super easy. I’m trying to get to a body that is cut and firm. I’m not interested in dropping massive lbs and looking like shit when I get there. Low and slow baby. It will happen in time.

thanks so much! I'm really looking forward to seeing my next round of blood work. would really like to get off at least one of the THREE blood pressure meds I've been on for a whole decade 🤞🏾

Congrats! Our stats are roughly the same all around. Although I’m convinced god does not want me under 200lbs! 😂 Way to go!
brother if my cookie eating ass did it anybody can 🤣 this medicine has helped with the obsession I had with sweets.... with that noise reduced my chances to win increased greatly.
I'm pulling for you man!

Keep crushing it! Not that time is of any concern but how long have you been on your current protocol?
I introduced the 1.5 reta 2 weeks ago after snooping around on here and peeping other people's stacks. tirz on Tues then reta on sat to take full advantage of each medications peaks

Man… so very proud of you!!!!!

How did you come to use both Tirz and Reta? What has been your experiences with both?
thanks man! I introduced the 1.5 reta 2 weeks ago after snooping around on here and peeping other people's stacks. tirz on Tues then reta on sat to take full advantage of each medications peaks.

I noticed a big increase in satiety with the reta while still wanting to eat if that makes sense? I like food. I enjoy cooking. the reta seemed to bring some of that back to me? probably sounds weird but that's how it felt.
