I have started using RT30 that I have gotten from a Chinese vendor after starting my r3ta journey with product from somewhere else. Using the Chinese product I have been itching like crazy and every time I pin, i get a case of the sh1t5 💩. Is that a sign of the quality, or lack thereof of China product? I did not have this problem with the other company.

I guess without testing of both products its impossible to say. Assume you are dosing at the same amount? If so then it does suggest some difference in the two products.
How long does the itching and 💩last? Is the itching all over or just at the pin site?

Generalised skin allergic reactions to GLP drugs are not rare at all, and would be the most likely cause. Have you tried the older batch since you got the new one? Allergic reactions usually take time to develop so might just be happening now and nothing to do with the different batch. Do not know why you would get more GI side effects from one lot versus another, it is a typical GLP side effect. If it is a generalised reaction to the drug you need to stop using it. Is there a visible rash or just itching?

I personally test every kit. Some tests are free, some might cost up to $500, but they are worth it. I have received product that was fake. I highly advise you to test.

There are differences between manufacturers. I've experienced this. One poster mentioned that Reta is difficult to manufacture and there could be differences in protein folding. I'm sending my dud vial out for testing. Even if it comes back as 100% Retatrutide, it clearly does not work. Could be something in the way it's made.

Bottom line, use what works for you. I'm now at my goal weight and purchased from one of the more expensive US vendors (peptidology.co) as reports had it they sold epic good Reta. Sure enough, it worked wonderfully. Unlike the cheap stuff I purchased.

Yes, dosing the same amount. Actually, was at 6mg on the initial round, and when I got the batch from China, have had to drop down to 3.5mg a week, and STILL have the sh!t5! The itching is all over (NOT at the pin site) and the runs last 3 - 5 days after each dose.

No, I do not have anymore of the original batch. No visible rash. Just itching.

The stuff from China is absolutely working. The food suppression is working, the weight loss is still in place, I still am full...it is just these sides. And especially since I have something to base what is "supposed" to happen against. I don't want to keep going from vendor to vendor.

Thank You for that suggestion. I actually tested both kits and they came back "good" for both, but there is clearly a difference in how they are responding in my body.
