No idea...I do have some coming in Friday though... 👍I've taken 2 doses of ss31. It made me so tired. Is this normal at first? I might actually sleep tonight.
Can I ask how old you are?I’ve now gone through two cycles of SS31 and experienced the opposite. I felt a youthful energy and I can easily it’s one of those peps that I was able to “feel working.”
I’m on 5mg per day. I’m also on NAD+ and MOTS-c, but neither gave me the same feeling independently. They seem to work synergistically with MOTS-c though.
I'm sure it will start making me feel good. I have done some more reading and this is normal for some people the first few doses. It's usually when someone has lots of repair work to do in the mitochondria. I don't doubt I do have lots of damage with all my health issues.I’ve now gone through two cycles of SS31 and experienced the opposite. More research I came across many articles saying just this.I googled this. I’ve got some coming too with MotsC. I think anything helping the mitochondria can fatigue you in the beginning. It’s a regeneration of your cells.

Yes.Can I ask how old you are?

Definitely in this range.I think age has alot to do with it too. Many mitochondrial peps are really more important after 40. That’s when the body really starts to reduce its production.
