I've taken 2 doses of ss31. It made me so tired. Is this normal at first? I might actually sleep tonight.

I googled this. I’ve got some coming too with MotsC. I think anything helping the mitochondria can fatigue you in the beginning. It’s a regeneration of your cells.

I’ve now gone through two cycles of SS31 and experienced the opposite. I felt a youthful energy and I can easily it’s one of those peps that I was able to “feel working.”

I’m on 5mg per day. I’m also on NAD+ and MOTS-c, but neither gave me the same feeling independently. They seem to work synergistically with MOTS-c though.

I'm sure it will start making me feel good. I have done some more reading and this is normal for some people the first few doses. It's usually when someone has lots of repair work to do in the mitochondria. I don't doubt I do have lots of damage with all my health issues.
I also take bad and waiting for my mots

I think age has alot to do with it too. Many mitochondrial peps are really more important after 40. That’s when the body really starts to reduce its production.

More research I came across many articles saying just this.
