Vendor Rant question

Exactly my thoughts. A lot of old timers here thats been scammed, got delayed orders, got product with QA issues etc so to them its basically the thought process is if we went through it then its ok if you guys go through it. I was in the military and every old timer was pretty much the same lol.
Nope. It’s because there are always over-reactions to bad customer service like it is a scam. Posts will imply it’s is a scam, and instead it is an inventory issue or bad customer service if you want to call it that. And then there are under- or over-dosing issues. Endotoxin issues. Etc. The latter issues are often more noteworthy to a lot here. The point is - this ain’t Four Seasons. But feel free to complain about customer service all you want. I am not saying it is not valuable.

It's a nice view just sitting here on the sidelines enjoying the show. Might be a new one I saw in here that'll make the I button.

Thats super common. You are trying to rush the process buying your gray market medication, if you needed something in a hurry its best not to rely on Chinese drug dealers.
Note that no one is trying to "rush the process". Rather, they're expecting the vendor to live up to his/her promised delivery timeframe, i.e. the feature the customer likely paid a premium price for.

Meh, thats an American concept. Ive learned in the last year Chinese operate on different assumptions.

Agreed. A fundamental philosophical difference.

The West: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
China: 能骗就骗

The question then becomes "How much business do I want to do with them?" And "Should they adapt their business practices to become more profitable with their Western customers?"

I mean I ordered from a US warehouse since I needed the material ASAP. 10 days later still no tracking and now they wanna tell me to change my order and they will try to ship it from China. Everyday is a different excuse and when I bring up the word refund they ghost me for a day then back with another excuse the next day.
If this is accurate there are a few things to consider:
I ordered from a US warehouse since I needed the material ASAP
Ordering grey from anyone "ASAP" is not advised. It is grey: subject to customs, stealth, and stock. Many potential delays.
now they wanna tell me to change my order
I have had orders from US delayed and then shipped from china to a US location, this avoids customs direct to me but does cause delays. There was no need to CHANGE MY ORDER just a delay.

I think you have some valid complaints, but this market is not like buying something legaly from a company. You are buying from foreign drug dealers, pirated items, that are not supposed to be sold. Please take that with a grain of salt.

I do feel for you, maybe you need to buy a single vial from someone that specializes in US only sales to hold you over?

Good Luck!

I am again confused why we should hold our reviews back and expect low quality service just because of those things.

There are plenty of vendors, and once they start getting feedback about their products relative value (which includes communication and logistics), we will likely get more expensive ones that have a more white glove approach, and likely cheaper ones that the expectation going in is shenanigans.

It is not an expectation of low quality service, it is an understanding that the nature of the business makes it difficult to perform at the same level as a service that is legal and above board.

The amount of complaints from new people who do not understand this would likely be 60-70% of the reviews.

If a delay is the only reason you go to another vendor, you may be buying for the wrong reasons. This is a VERY grey area, we are more concerned here about actual product quality/quantity/sterility; not so much concierge services and convenience.

My 2 cents...

Like a few in here it’s interesting reading this thread. And I’m sorry for the OPs dissatisfaction. It’s understandable. I think a lot of people like me started with compounding and honestly I found one compounder I could easily go back to. They were great. But when we find the grey market we open the door to another great option to find our Pepitides. It starts off very wonderful and exciting. But than you start seeing and realizing that not all vendors are created equal. But I do see most vendors with their fancy adds and guarantees suck some pinners in. And when they dont deliver and they complain about the vendor you all give them a slide. Saying they’re Chinese drug dealers. Let’s give them a tad bit more credit than that. Let people be upset about promises not being delivered. That’s why we are here.

I don't think you need to be confused. I've dealt with a dozen vendors over the last year. They all advertise themselves as being fast, convenient, pure, etc. But when you read their terms, they only make very specific guarantees, usually that you will get it through customs and the purity will be 99% or something. I don't know which vendor this poster used, nor do I care to know, but I truly doubt they guaranteed that it would get to him in a certain window of time. Now, it sounds like there was an issue with stock. This will make a worthy thing to note if/when the review comes out, but what I would want to know, more than the stock question, is how they resolved the issue when it came up. Did they make it right? Did they communicate the options and find a solution?

I'm not defending this vendor. Again, I don't know which vendor it is. I'm just also not expressing sympathy for a customer who is only really upset because he needed it fast, something which is not really the vendor's problem. There are places where you can get it quick and pay $200 for a vial.

Whenever I buy with an overseas supplier, I never give stock to any timing they say, US based warehouse or not. If I need product now, I have an American company that ships to me in 3 days flat.

Maybe you should try and find you someone that is local to you that ships quickly so you have that back up. Yes the prices are far higher, but for me, its comforting knowing that I can chill while my overseas supplier ships my order, because I have someone local I can reach out to for fast and reliable service if needed.

We can't always do things normally in this space, and sometimes its our own expectations that need to be adjusted. Good luck OP
