SS-31/Mots-C/NAD+/5-Amino

Ambitious to be sure. My only question would be the NAD+ daily vs a M-W-F routine. Just don’t think I’ve seen any protocols recommending that.

Good luck!

Honestly it just math'd out like that to deplete all my stock the same week. I ran the posted protocol last year and decided to up the doses and length. First time using 5-Amino.

Well, I survived day 1. Instant kick of energy, eyes wanted to stay open and alert. Placebo? I'll try and report back on a weekly basis.

It's going to be hard to pinpoint what is doing what, stacking 10 compounds atm.

28 weeks
SS-31 5mg daily
NAD+ 100mg daily
Mots-C 5mg M/W/F
5-Amino-1MQ 40mg daily (7 weeks)
You and I are on a similar journey, except I didn't start everything at once.
  • I started with NAD+ at 25 mg and only recently increased it to 50 mg.
  • Then I added SS-31 at 5 mg daily and ran two cycles.
  • After that, I added MOTS-c at 5 mg for one cycle, followed by 5-Amino-1MQ at 50 mg.
  • Most recently, I added SLU-PP-332 at 1 mg.
I'm no longer on SS-31 for now, although I may run another cycle in the future. I also plan on increasing MOTS-c to 10 mg soon. Why? Because I tolerate 5 mg without any side effects, and the longevity protocols generally support higher dosing.

What made the biggest difference? SS-31, without question. MOTS-c would be second. I never really feel anything positive from NAD+ on its own. As for 5-Amino-1MQ, I still don't notice anything at 50 mg. Should I increase it to 100 mg? I did a one-hour cardio session today after injecting 50 mg, and my heart rate stayed around 56~67bpm for most of the workout.

SLU-PP-332 is still too early to judge since I've only been on it for a few days, but so far I haven't noticed anything from it either.

I followed that structure last year. I read somewhere that after the "repair", it might be better to run them together. I did not notice much from Mots-C last time. Cleared my head and gave me clean energy at the end of the day. Overall I felt the stack was worth running yearly.

Don't forget that it's all Hospira-based.

Nope.

Sterile water for injection for the 5-amino-1-mq is enough since it's a quaternary ammonium. An antibacterial more potent than BA. My favorite dope.

Ss-31 and MOTS-C are doing well with NaCl 0.9% without BA. It prevents ISRs. At 5mg per day, the vials will last 8 and 10 days. This is short enough to do it without BA. But you can opt for saline BA if you have doubts about your aseptic techniques.

I don't notice any significant difference between 5 and 10 mg of 5am1q. I certainly won't go up to 40 mg for two reasons. First, that's above the plateau dose in the mouse studies. Second, it's a possible mutagen, and until we know more, I'll stick with the first dose that works for me (metabolic syndrome).

I don't use NAD+ in shots. I'm not addicted to that kind of boost. And oral B3, NR, and NMN will have the same effect over time. It's just a matter of kinetics, not dynamics. There isn't really a bioavailability issue. Sometimes one form is easier to absorb than another, apparently depending on the gut microbiota.
SubQ/IM NAD+ is just marketing: in rush? Pay more.

MOTSc was discovered in 2015; I doubt we have much data on its effects on longevity. It's a good supplement when it doesn't cause ISR.

SS-31 had a lasting effect on me after 6 weeks. It's worth continuing, even at this price.
