You and I are on a similar journey, except I didn't start everything at once.
- I started with NAD+ at 25 mg and only recently increased it to 50 mg.
- Then I added SS-31 at 5 mg daily and ran two cycles.
- After that, I added MOTS-c at 5 mg for one cycle, followed by 5-Amino-1MQ at 50 mg.
- Most recently, I added SLU-PP-332 at 1 mg.
I'm no longer on
SS-31 for now, although I may run another cycle in the future. I also plan on increasing
MOTS-c to 10 mg soon. Why? Because I tolerate 5 mg without any side effects, and the longevity protocols generally support higher dosing.
What made the biggest difference?
SS-31, without question.
MOTS-c would be second. I never really feel anything positive from
NAD+ on its own. As for
5-Amino-1MQ, I still don't notice anything at 50 mg. Should I increase it to 100 mg? I did a one-hour cardio session today after injecting 50 mg, and my heart rate stayed around 56~67bpm for most of the workout.
SLU-PP-332 is still too early to judge since I've only been on it for a few days, but so far I haven't noticed anything from it either.
