I do not recommend this supplier. I had a very negative experience with them. I purchased a 10 mg bottle of tirzepatide, and there were issues from the start. When I noticed inconsistencies in the information provided, I attempted to cancel the order before it was shipped, but the company refused. I ended up accepting to receive the product. After paying the import fee and receiving it, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The bottles were poorly sealed, with internal moisture, indicating storage issues. I questioned the company about the moisture, but they only said it was “normal,” without offering any support or investigating the issue.
Furthermore, during the reconstitution of the tirzepatide, when adding 2 ml of water, the cap of one of the bottles simply came off, revealing there was no vacuum, which can increase the risk of bacterial contamination. That same week, I received a 60 mg bottle of tirzepatide from another supplier (TUK), and the difference in quality was noticeable, both in appearance, finish, and the security of the bottles.
Now I’m left with a useless ZZT bottle and no confidence to use it. I learned that, often, investing a little more in products with greater safety and quality is much more worthwhile than dealing with future problems due to poorly made products.
