Given the posts I have seen on reddit and other forums/telegram I am certain there someone out there that has tried. It's been a while, but unless inflation has hit cocaine hard, its a lot cheaper than snorting GLP-1's?

No, the powder that is in the vials has been finished. They take the raws, dissolve it, mix with stabilizers and fillers, filter it, put it in vials as a liquid, lyophilize it again, and seal the vials.

Raws are useless for injecting, but some people buy Raws to make nasals or eat them. Raws are a lot cheaper. Sterlity is not important in this case and It is easier to measure dosage, because nasals usually require 5-10x bigger dose than injection and oral route requires like 50-100x bigger dose. It doesn't work with every peptide, but in some cases even companies use Raws to make and sell nasals, like Melanotan II.
Maybe not GLP1s, but other peptides are able to cross the blood brain barrier. Selank and Semax are predominantly found in nasal sprays. It is reasonable to think these could be cut up and snorted...
You absolutely need to factor in sterility for IN stuff. People have gotten sick from bacterial and amoeba infections trying to use tap water with neti pots for example. Sterile/distilled or boiled water is usually okay for nasal but then you also need to preserve it since its going to be sitting around.
I trust properly homebrewed test than most underground labs... It's definitely not a money saver though.

It's only as good as the person making it. That doesn't mean there isn't good ugl test. But there is plenty of bad ugl test. It's not super difficult to do it yourself properly.
Hard thing is to buy the raws … risk of prosecution involved. Having said that china ugl is actually lab made, not in someone’s mum’s bathtub … but yeah I guess with home brew you know exactly what you are getting and how the quality will turn out to be… that is assuming you got the technique down packed and the correct knowledge
