If it’s so toxic here, why do you guys keep coming back here to comment? Just get over it already, we are happy for you and it seems most of the toxicity is now coming from former disgruntled members who want to come tell us how great it is in magic qualligator.com land. You’ve got your new safe space and members here can decide for themselves if they want to be members of either forum or both or neither. In fact we encourage members to think and decide for themselves.

It seems to me that some folks (not the gator) were hoping for some sort of Hatfields vs McCoys thing and were disappointed when that wasn’t how it shook out so are trying to manifest it. Like you said, if one likes it better over there then by all means that is where they should spend their time.

it was easier before community members started trying to make money off of other community members. That’s when the real tribalism got going — it’s not forum tribes, but Trojan horse suppliers building their dedicated followings and then utilizing them in a viral fashion to make money, it is quite manipulative. The Chinese suppliers didn’t have the same effect because they didn’t embed themselves the way the community-focused ones do (maybe tracy on meso a little bit but that’s about it). Anything that looks like forum tribalism can probably be traced to that. We try to avoid it by encouraging individuals to think for themselves, not shying away from challenging vendors, and generally not be a mouthpiece for any particular vendor, but that gets spun as “axes to grind” when people get defensive bc they think of the suppliers as their buddies, or worse, as their saviors. It really stinks.

I mean, I was mostly just making the Mean Girls joke there.

I think I know which member(s) you mean, but I'll admit I'm new enough that I could be entirely mistaken. 🤷‍♀️ My opinion on that vendor is the same- they're under more scrutiny than other suppliers at the moment, reasons for that be damned, so I'm confident that if something goes wrong I'll hear about it before I've used the product on myself. I think I'm reading between the lines of what you've said properly. And now I have a stash to last me until I'm confident I understand crypto well enough to not lose money into the ether, and will make decisions on my next purchase then.

There's just different vibes between the two forums. I don't think one is better than the other, they're just different. I like having a wide variety of opinions to scroll through. And getting away with shit posting. Like with the mean girls joke.

It’s not unique to any vendors or forums, this is a pattern across peptide discord/forums/etc.

I'm only a member here, reddit, and qa. I have an account on what I'm 99% sure is peppy's (it looks like discord) but I'm too scared to post there.

I'm still finding my footing. 🤷‍♀️ I only took my first dose 10/1 and lurked here for like, a week before joining.

Either way, my point was I like having multiple POV's in different places. I feel like it helps make more balanced and informed decisions.

Edit: Like I really appreciated when the one vendor was being called out for sock accounts. Put me a little more on my guard.

Peppy’s has a library of information and a dedicated newbie section so even if you’re afraid to post there is a plethora of information to read until you feel more comfortable. You will usually get friendly feedback when you ask questions but also be encouraged to use their search function to fish for yourself. Getting a variety of opinions and maintaining your guard is a good practice.

It's the format that throws me. I know I just need to keep at it. The chat room format is a bit intimidating, whereas I've been on forums for decades, so this is very familiar to me. I do like that I've been able to find a lot of good articles I haven't seen elsewhere.

Desperation to stay relevant and he's attempting to commercialize it for personal gain. It's a dead forum with 15 max active users. Threads are weeks old with no useful information and all regurgitated or reposted.

The worst part is definitely the circlejerk. You have to swim through dozens useless dogshit off topic posts from that Dwayne weirdo so obviously desperate for attention and replies. The entire forum would be better off as a discord server.

I, too, would like to understand how to properly use the “new” Peppys… why does it look like discord, yet I can’t access via the discord app? Even so, I have been posting at Peppys recently and find it clunky in Safari browser. Is there an app to access it, or a better browser to use it with? 😵‍💫

At least this forum and Reddit are easy to navigate.

I'm not sure about apple, but on Android I used the "add to home screen" button and it formatted itself as an app.

The setup is definitely.... A lot. It's like a discord with a million subsections and I haven't yet figured out how to know where I need to look for certain information. I've mostly just been browsing and clicking links to interesting articles.

Discourse is just crappy Web 2.0 forums. The "Channels" section is the only chat bit and it's like facebook messenger chats.

Never understood why it got popular over real forum software but most new websites pick it for some bizarre reason.

Pretty normal for them. I was very disappointed in the customer service with QSC, over a month worrying if I was scammed or not. I eventually received the product but it was a horrible, stressful experience.

You can say what you want, it's still stressful to not hear back from a vendor, and wonder if you have been scammed or not. QSC was by far the worst at communication and shipping speed. I understand why someone would be concerned. Be a little more compassionate.

I missed this when I read through it the first time. I'm not worried about QSC (I put in an order a while back, waited for a week, asked for a tracking number, received it.), but where are you ordering from that you don't get tracking from?

Basically every single item I order has a tracking number. The amount of stuff I get shipped to me without a tracking number is well under .1%, maybe even .01%
 
Every us package I get has tracking as well, plus there is informed delivery so even if they don’t send it to me I still get it

The only reason I understand Reddit is due to severe introversion and addiction membership since 2013 😝 So it sure was nice to find this place and Peppy’s to at least shift towards a more constructive hyper fixation!

I like it because it allows for more free discussion. You're essentially having a bunch of conversations with the same starting point. If you don't want to read the conversation that follows, you can just scroll and only read top level comments.

Just two different ways of communication.
 
For those of you who have ordered from QSC to the EU before, how long was the gap between receiving the tracking code with the "Order data transmitted electronically" message, to it registering any movement in Europe?

My last supplier was about 7 or 8 days before it showed up in Germany before taking a further 6 days to get to my house. QSC has been about 2 weeks for me so far without an update. I have read that it can take a month so I'm not particularly nervous yet, just curious.

To answer my own question, it took 2 weeks and 1 day to show an update that it has appeared in Europe 🙂

My first order is placed with them yesterday ; paid via BTC$ and still awaiting payment confirmation .

They lack in communication for sure :/

SO happy to see this, Thanks! I never bothered asking for tracking because I never get communication after I send payment confirmation via WhatsApp. I've made Several orders and never once got tracking. Finally switched to email rather than WhatsApp just for better communication in general. I've received all my domestic orders but None of my international orders. Guess I'll try asking for tracking. Anyone know how long international to US usually takes?
