A question I can respond to! I started NAD+ subq 2 months ago and I love it. I did the weekly titration schedule you posted above and am now at 100mg 2x a week. If I want to mix it up a bit I do a M-W-F schedule of 75mg, 50 mg, 75 mg. I get mine from a compounding pharmacy. According to the provider who prescribed it for me, there is no cycling needed so the 200mg total per week is my maintenance dosage. Some individuals go up to 100mg 3x a week but I have not felt the need and am happy with my current routine.

I am open to other sources…still learning about them on all the informative discussion groups I never knew existed (thanks to all of you!). I feel old and technologically challenged, but this grasshopper wants to know all your wise ways 🙂
 
A respected local PS here in Canada is offering NAD+ through his practice. He's def not a quack, so... they do 2-3 IV infusions but I have no idea the dosage. May pick some up if I spot it from one of my usual sources -- this dosage guide was super helpful, ty!
 
I heard the injects burns pretty bad, is this is and if so will increasing BAC water help decrease the burn?
I also looked into the nasal spray, most people said it also burns but someone said AgelessRX doesn't feel bad.
What's your experience?

Do you mind telling me the specifics of what benefits you have seen from it? I have some stashed. But with the amount you need i sure need some more hahaha. I wanted to hear from some folks on their experiences before starting.

I do 100mg into into
Muscle every other day. I feel it instantly.
Have great energy the whole day, sleep awesome that night & the next day + still haven’t gotten sick this year despite being exposed to sick family
Members during the holidays

I am not a friend of wasp stinging peptides, so I use 8.4 sodium bicarbonate solution .... first fill with half of regular bac water, then add sodium bicarbonate till you get to a 7 ph, then fill the rest up with bac water..... no more sting....

PGB also just announced a sale on their NAD+ that they said they have it in stock and ready to ship. I don't see it on their site yet so I am not sure how you could order it but maybe it will be up tomorrow. Price is pretty good too ($63/500mg) for buffered and tested (once they get the. results).

The date was in the announcement. From memory it starts on the 23rd. Could be wrong. Check the announcement details.

Ok, I thought those dates were for the promotion (buy x get a store credit). The NAD+ is listed under the banner "In stock and ready to ship" but it isn't on the site so I guess you are right.

The last batch from November was "butter yellow". I bought a couple of vials off someone a couple of months and it was from an August batch and also the same yellow. Had to search because I initially thought there might be something wrong with it.

I'm titrated up and currently pinning 100mg/5d but will likely dial it back to just a few times a week.

Ok, mine are from August. I just pulled them out and they do have some yellowing appearance after all. Hadn’t noticed before.

I’m currently pinning 50 mg every other day. Question…do you freeze the powdered vials, like other peptides?

I keep everything lyophilized in the freezer including NAD+ until I'm ready to reconstitute. This may be overkill for stuff I am going use next week but at least they are all in one place.

Ok I couldn't figure it out with a quick Google search, what does PGB stand for here?

I just started pinning a NAD+ 500 mg, reconned with 3mL bac. Got it from Polaris. I did 25 mg (15 units) to start and it didn't sting at all. Does this indicate it is buffered?

I’ve heard different things…Peptide Group Buy and Peppy’s Group Buy. Not sure if either is correct.

Yes, they recently announced that they will no longer offer "preordering" (which is kind of the definition of a group buy), if it isn't on the website, it isn't available for sale. I imagine it is just easier for them to manage.

I imagine he's securing better margins. He can always get large MOQ pricing and then sit on the inventory as it sells. Jlo has made tons of money off gb admin fees, makes sense to reinvest some of that into inventory to support it as an ongoing business instead of letting it dwindle to nothing by the proliferation of other GBs. That's what I'd do if I were him.
 
You guys feel anything with NAD+?

Ordered 1kg NR powder and made some 350mg capsules with it.
Started taking them every morning for the last 3 months and I feel absolutely nothing lol.

I didn't think NAD+ held up very well in the digestive system? I am fairly certain most here are buying lyophilized and administering SQ or IM.

Yeah, my understanding is that NR and NAD+ aren't the same thing.

Basically NR is a NAD+ precursor, supposed to be the most effective one. It gets converted by the body to NAD+ once ingested.

When I bought 1g NAD+ powder from science.bio, it wasn’t lyophilized. Have had a hard time dissolving it. I’m hoping the QSC NAD+ I just ordered is lyophilized… Have you experienced either one?

I haven't tried either one but for QSC powdered and lyophilized are usually listed in separate sections of their price list. I suspect, unless you specifically asked for powder you will get lyophilized. I also don't see NAD powder on their xmas sale price list so you are probably good to go. It is also likely shipping from China so it will be a minute if you recently ordered.

Well, I said "a minute", but I meant to imply "many minutes" probably like 30,000-40,000 🙂.

On a side note, I just received a Q US warehouse order and it took 5-6 days to receive (US address). Thats almost Nexaph speed!
 
I’ve been on 100mg nad+ twice a week for several weeks now and still feel nothing. Is that normal?

They are also crypto only so if you would rather not deal with crypto you can hold off until you eventually decide you ready to learn to pay with crypto. (it took me about a month to finally bite the bullet, but I'm old)

If you factor in the cost of a test they are actually pretty reasonable. They test everything at least twice, once themselves and a 3rd party test and it usually includes multiple vials from different kits. They also randomly do sterility testing. I thought the same as you when I first started but now, if they have it in stock, thats where I buy.

Is anyone doing SQ injections other than the approved sites, for example, the love handles? Does it really matter for NAD+?

Right now they want $455 for r24. The last sale price I paid was $243 from asc for r20, I’m going to more or less ignore the extra 4mg here and say 2x as expensive doesn’t really justify it. I can buy two r20 for 486, spend 300 plus shipping to test one vial, and be in it for $786 plus shipping vs $910 from pgb

Pgb nad is much more reasonable

You're right, Reta pricing has declined significantly over the past couple of months and I don't think they have adjusted the price. It gets pretty good reviews from users though. You can also get in about 3 days with free shipping but still on the high-side price wise.

I just ordered NAD+ from QSC's Xmas sale and just received it today. It's lyophilized. Haven't tried it yet. It's not buffered so I'm waiting on some basic/alkaline solution so can raise the pH when reconstituting it. If anyone here has done this before would love to know what worked for you.

Use sodium bicarbonate to bring the PH up to about 6 (not higher).
Every NAD+ is different so there isn’t a standard amount that needs to be added. I would start by adding half of your sterile saline (or BAC water for SQ) wait until the vial is fully reconstituted, then test the PH. You want a target of 6, I have read that NAD degrades quickly at PH higher than about 6.5. If the PH is low, add a couple of units of SB then test again. Keep adding SB and testing until you achieve your target PH (keeping track of how much you added) then add the rest of your saline/BAC water, Also, remember to put a vent needle in your vial, its going to bubble a lot.

When you reconstitute your next vial the amount of SB you need to add should be about the same as the amount you added to your first vial.

Another source of Sodium Bycarbonate is Sunny Solutions on her Discord Server. She has small single use & 30 ml vials.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by vent needle? I buffed my NAD with sodium bicarbonate and it’s very pressurized actually expels liquid after I draw from it.

So clearly, I need to vent it someway.
