I have been a lurker for 5-6 months and am so grateful for all that I have learned..albeit a fraction of some here.
I made the mistake of posting erroneous information and advice on other forums (I blame the whiskey most of all) I will attempt to be more conservative. lesson learned.
I do appreciate all of you, and the education. I hope to post more in the future. If I ever offend, please accept my apology in advance, it is not intentional. Just a (previously) chunky Texas boy trying to learn a few things and make the most of this miraculous gift science has given me.
Hiya all!

well that's no fun.

there is a matter of opinion on what is "erroneous" and varies widely.
It was fun, but I do recognize these are not subjects that should be discussed lightly, most of them anyway. I like the theory that: the best way to get a correct answer is to post an incorrect one and watch the corrections flood in. But sadly, under these circumstances I recognize it could be detrimental to others.
There is tons of great content here though, and not all of it has to be serious, some good drama and comedy as well. I just keep clicking new posts and read regardless of the title, it is surprising what content you can find that way.

There's less drama than say 6-8 months ago unfortunately, but I try to bring some whenever I can lol

There is no doubt that things slowed down a bit with CNY, and definitely since my discovering this place via spreadsheet that was later deleted.

Drama days are a little less pink since losing some of our fun contributors.
But, I do believe the human aspect and anecdotal experiences add significant value to the data.

When I first came here, looking for a magical spreadsheet, that was surely a treasure map to elixirs that would help sustain my transformation, I was single minded and only source driven. It takes some time to see the true value of this type of community.

I have now dabbled in a few other stacks, read on pros and cons of most listed here, and continue growing my knowledge while simultaneously shrinking my waist line.

Thank you all for your part in this-

so it sounds like you've already lost your weight. its nice to hear what people did to get there.
60lbs down in 6.5 months, though the first few weeks were significant, likely water weight and my body adjusting to new routine. my last 16 weeks are 1.3 lbs per week average
I have used the peps to help me with will power as opposed to depending on them for results.
I slowly increased steps over the first few months now averaging 8k, not a a lot of exercise.
that combined with diet adjustments that included a focus on CICO and a minimum of 100 grams of proteins a day. Finally, intermittent fasting 16/8.
My Tirz was titrated slower than recommended, but adjusted when results were minimized, I have titrated up to 10mg but only for a few weeks.
I added to the stack Tesofensine in the last 2 months and have almost completed my first cycle of SS-31 and Mots-c.

I am currently tapering off the Tesofensine and only have a few more weeks of Mots cycle and am studying exercise routines for older farts like me.

Considering Glow for the rebuild/Skin issues and Lipo-C for that as well. Once I hit goal I intend on attempting to add 10lbs lean.

So 226 starting, Current166, goal 163 which puts BMI at normal, likely for first time in my adult life, and already in my 50s. never too late.

By the way.. appreciate all of your content Raw!

Hi can you share where you get your peps? I havent bought peptides yet and am gathering all info i can

that's good information thank you.

what do you think of ss31? i have a kit and i'm itching to do it.
It is tough to say, I am hoping it is helping with the mots etc.. not a huge "feel" for me, but i did notice some increased energy, which on 1200 calories is much needed. I also hope it helps with the Mots-c efficacy. I have been taking TMG supplement to help with those as well.
Overall any effects would be positive, and worth the first cycle for sure.. IMHO

I have used a few, but as with any of our sources you never know what you will get from day to day.

I read every guide i could before my first order.
My first time here was after the initial compound scare and I was having great success and wanted to make sure i did not run out.
My choice was made on payment method as well as ease of purchase.

Grey is it's own animal and not like buying compound- lots of room to lose money or get hurt, so I watched all the how-to videos and read all the vendor reviews.
The Vendor section was a good start, then used search to look for others feedback.

I took the route of many: Compound/Amolist/Nexaph
Does not mean I took best route, or that it will always be a good one-

Chmuse developed this and in my opinion anyone playing with this should read it first, I took some liberties with my link title: Grey for Noobs

edited for spacing on link

How tall are you? I had same starting weight 226 and hovering at about 155.

Funny enough I was 5'10 as a young man and some how, maybe car wrecks or hard landings skydiving, I measure 5'8" at docs.. could also be i lost my hair and lost a little bonus there..

This BMI calculator is what I am going by for the normal weight goal, though I have always been active and likely had more muscle beginning this journey than some. I figured that the advantages on visceral fat loss and face gains were worth the goal being 163 and then plan on maybe leveling out around 170

Hiya all!

Welcome back @brittmiche, we accept your lessons learned from prior errors. 🙌

I shrunk an inch to 5'8 due to disc compression in my spine. Pride myself on having done Zero exercise and have Zero musculature. I'm basically a hanger with a sack of skin hanging from it. Goals!

lol..no idea who that is, but I welcome the drama.
I am actually DB Cooper, but don't tell anyone.
I know, was just messing. 😅 she came in strong and aggressive. Stubborn too. I just wanted to check in on her. But all love for our little peptide community 🙌
