Pretty sure they are NOT a manufacturer as there are only a handful of true manufacturers. The statement on their site as much as says so. Besides, they are expensive af.

Evolve is just another middleman reseller who price gouges and sells mostly by the single vial. They only use 2nd party vendor testing and don't do any 3rd party testing. The owner is also the US warehouse for SRY and she almost exclusively carries SRY products but marks them up many times what they should cost. It's unethical.
