Vendor warning Modern Peptides

One of their fake COA's for NAD+ has the Jano key and QR code removed. Jano looked up the test number and the original test was for QSC BAC water!

Jano to the store owner: "Hello, could you please respectfully explain what the fuck this is, Mr. Steiner?" He then threatened legal action.

Trustpointe also found their fake COA's and raised the awareness.

Legal action!? GTFO 🤣😂 “Yes, your honor. I am a sketchy Eastern European “chemist” who performs analytical testing of UGL GLP-1s and chemicals that are explicitly illegal in the United States.” Legal action my ass. Is he going to see him in a made up international court that has no jurisdiction in or over the United States?

Jano has been accused of some shady dealings as well. I think people need to realize that he is pretty much just the best of a few bad options.

People really need to let this go. It was some inconclusive accusation about falsifying a result on a steroid board like a decade ago. I’ve overseen a lot of testing through Jano—on the order of hundreds of tests—including some expressly intended to trick him by mislabeling the contents. He has always been above-board.

If you’re aware of some other controversy then by all means share it, but if it’s that dumb shit from meso ten years ago then maybe move on.

If you don’t actually know what the controversy was about and you’re just parroting something you heard along the way, which is my suspicion, then we are probably just dealing with a Dunning-Kruger situation and it might be good to try to recognize that.

Ok. Let’s pretend people aren’t able to just google “do not trust Janoshik” or something similar and come up with recent accusations all over Reddit and other forum spaces, as well as bad reviews on TrustPilot.

You are saying that he is not a shady chemist from an Eastern European country testing UGL Peptides and Drugs that are illegal in the United States?

Let’s not mislead people into thinking he is some sort of published, peer reviewed, respected pillar of the scientific community.

The purpose of my OP is that the idea of him taking legal action is an absolute joke.

Dunning Kruger indeed.

Google "do not trust" [anything] and you're going to see those results. Try it with Microsoft or Walmart, or whatever brand you know not to be a scam. Hell, you see people post on this very forum that vendors are scammers because their supplier didn't email over the weekend. There are few things easier than finding a random grievance on the internet. Show me something with validity and we can talk about it.

He is the only lab licensed to work with many of these substances, which is not easily done. And you obviously haven't been to Czechia in a minute, it's a rich, developed EU country, not some backwater. There is nothing at all shady about the operation. You have to properly declare everything you send because he is indeed allowed to do what he does, permitted by regulation-loving, overbearing, big brothery European authorities.

Andy, you're just making shit up about a topic you're very obviously uninformed on.

It's human nature. Have a good experience with a vendor, you tell 10 people. Have a "bad" one, valid or not, and you tell anyone and everyone that will listen.

I don’t think you completely understand Dunning Kruger. I neither claim to be an expert nor do I present myself to have a higher lever of understanding than most on this topic. I don’t even claim to be smarter or more competent than anyone else on the forum.

People can format a search however they want and the articles, complaints (old and new) will be there to read. They can read the fluff that comes up as well. People can also come to their own conclusions.

You are correct. I’ve not been to the Czech Republic, or Slovakia since around 2012. It is an aesthetically pleasing place, but it is definitely not some technically advanced Silicon Valley of the Carpathian Mountains, and it’s nothing like The United States or a more advanced country.

Who is Janoshik “licensed by” that has some sort of standing a global scientific community?

And pray tell, what have I made up? I didn’t state any fact that cannot be proven.

Again, the OP was pointing out that Janoshik has absolutely no recourse and cannot go after a US based company. And you continue to dismiss the thrice made point that Jano is testing UGL substances and drugs that are not even legal in many countries.

Janoshik tests illegal drugs that are used in elicit activity.

You turned this into some sort of pissing contest because you are taking it personally as if it was an attack against you. Well I’m shaking my dick and walking away.

You’re acting like he is doing something shady and is therefore untrustworthy by testing drugs that are illegal in the USA. He is fully licensed to handle these substances and the authorities are aware of everything he does. He keeps records of everything that passes through his lab. You did not seem to know this, and were making strong unequivocal assertions about his operations based on your lack of knowledge, a classic sign of someone who doesn’t know what they don’t know.

I get what you are saying. I do. No matter who gives him that authority to test things in his country has no bearing on him taking legal action against a US based company.

He is absolutely doing shady things. Come on man, he is testing DRUGS that are made in underground labs. Do you think if someone overdosed on a peptide, say Dermorphin, that on the stand the defense is going to point out how “reputable” Jano is.

Are companies that make fentanyl test strips shady because theyre involved in testing DRUGS? You could more rationally argue that he is in the business of harm reduction because he is testing DRUGS that are made in underground labs. The guy's tests have definitely prevented some bad outcomes for people by identifying misfilled/mislabeled products. I don't mean to be all spicy about it but it's really dumb to argue that because he tests ugl DRUGS in a fully licensed modern laboratory setting in a developed European country that he is therefore shady.
