Been on Reta for 22 weeks and the last few weeks weight loss has stalled big time and appetite has come back especially at night, am down 47 kg , was on 15 mg a week but bumped it up to 20 mg a week and no difference !!!!

Not working would mean weight regain, not weight loss stalling.

What’s your current weight? There is a practical limit to most things. It may be time to stack.

Am down from 203 kg to 156

First thoughts are be to attack the numbers/math.

Consistent daily weigh in timing, calorie counting, exercise tracking.

Losing 2+kg/week is exceptionally aggressive, but relative to your starting weight it’s closer to the realm of reasonable. My personal goal is 1% reduction week/week.

I have everything recorded, weekly weigh in and strict calorie intake of 1000 calories a day but I must admit no real excercise apart from a daily 30 min walk ,
Appreciate your input

Been on 15 mg a week since mid February

15-20mg per week is nuts! I have never heard of someone taking that amount. I would look into where you're getting your reta first and make sure its legit.
And I have a few friends taking the same stuff but on very low dosage and works well for them

Reta does very little for food noise for me honestly. But it does help me eat WAY less. Im currently on 6mg and down 42 pounds since January. Im slowing moving up on my dose every month.

This is probably your issue. Up your calories and get in the gym. 1000 calories just is not enough in a day to keep your body healthy. The weight loss stall may be your body going into defense mode because you aren’t eating enough and it feel it needs to retain all nutrients it is taking in.

Not sure if that would actually fix it but 1000 calories does seem extremely low for the weight stated above. Could double it and still be in a deficit

Exactly. And you may be right, that may not be the sole issue. But even at 2000 calories you are almost certainly in a deficit. That is just the first place I would start.
