Teso is awesome (update: for a while...)

It was from QYC, I think 250mcg each, but it's been a couple of months since I have finished the bottle so not really sure

I took 1 or 2 in the morning, everyday
Thank you so much .. I started it this week, I’m taking one 500mg daily, I’m taking my blood pressure every evening, Im experiencing lack of sleep and a slightly elevated heart rate but not in the red zone, I stopped taking it over the weekend and slept so much better .. Im not seeing much appetite suppressant or increased energy, but it might be too soon perhaps..

I’m planning on starting again tomorrow (Monday)

Do you mean 500mcg? I just received a bottle from nexhaph. A little nervous about trying it but hoping it helps with energy.

I have been taking it for about 2.5 weeks also from NEXAPH. It has been helping me with the fatigue but I realized I was taking too much especially with the 9 day half life. I’m cutting back to 250mcg every other day after I give my body some time to adjust.

It does not make me jittery nor do I have sleep problems on it. It does help with the tirz fatigue for me but from what I’ve read here YMMV.

I highly recommend the low and slow approach and if I could have a do over I would start with 125mcg every other day and titrate slowly.

Out of curiosity, what symptoms were you having that made you know you were taking too much? I've taken 3 doses, all 2 days apart, 250 mcg. So far I'm not sure if I feel much different.

It’s hard to describe but my body felt off. Like I said it wasn’t jittery but it felt a bit strange. I’m sorry I’m so bad at describing it but I can’t really relate it to anything else. It just felt like there was too much in my system and my body wasn’t happy with it. Almost like my blood was thicker?

I've been on Teso for a week, and my resting HR has dropped by 10bpm! This isn't what you would expect, right?

It rose roughly by 10bpm after I started taking Tirz, so it's good to be back to normal. I am taking 250mcg of Teso per day, and 5mg of Tirz per week.

Just curious, do you have ADHD? This is what my brain feels like all the time, I simply lack the physical energy to get any of it done.

On the other hand, when I do have the physical energy, this is my biggest obstacle. This sounds like decision paralysis which I also struggle with constantly.

Now I'm wondering if teso might not be the right option for me. The reason I asked if you have ADHD is because I know medications like Adderall can make people without ADHD feel like this, and those with ADHD experience the opposite - so I wonder if the same may be true for teso.
This. Decades of Adderall use resulted in tachycardia in my 40s. Stopped taking it and it resolved pretty quickly. I've managed unmedicated which creates its own kind of stress, mostly in the workplace.

@moonpies4misfits

Did you test it? How did your RS perform on it?
