Deep Sleep Peptides

I've tried DSIP twice (as in two vials) since I specifically don't get enough deep sleep and it does very little for me. I recently started taking CJC (no DAC)+ Ipamorelin and I definitely find this helps me sleep better. I'm not sure if I'm actually getting more deep sleep, but I wake up less during the night and find myself being woken up by my alarm in the morning (vs lying awake waiting for my alarm to go off.)

Does this improve over time? Im considering abandoning the test

Recently started testing DSIP + Selank intranasal and have had better deep sleep and so far woken refreshed. But you and I are not the same and like I said this is recent so I shouldn't be used as an example yet.
 
I have used DSIP, Epitalon, and Sermorelin. None did anything for my sleep. GABA, L-theanine, L-Tryptophan and 5-HTP all work at giving me deeper sleep, according to my Oura ring. The Peps didn't change anything.

Dsip alone I didn't have any change in sleep. I ran Epithalon for 10 days and then added Dsip. Deep sleep and total time asleep increased. Neither induced sleep; they had opposite effect for me. They both had stimulant effects ; short lived; 10-15 minutes. I moved both to earlier in the day; 4pm and 6pm.

Epithalon took at least 7 days to notice any improvement. Effect was getting sleepy on my own - which has always been a challenge. My brain takes time to shut down at night.
Dosing was 200-400mcg for both. I ran them for 30 days.
Sleep quality measured from Apple Watch and sleep app. I take 30 days off and run it again.
I've tried selank sub q early eve to help induce sleep/relaxation. I've found IN more effective for me. Sub q 150-200mcg made me very tired and extremely irritable. 😠Not fun before bed 🫤
