Hi everyone!

I'm curious how others are keeping track of their injections - dosage, dates, side effects, etc.

If you have a tracker that works for you (Excel template, google sheet or a specific app), please share your recommendations, or even a blank template if you don’t mind!

I use the iPhone Medication app to log my research and a written Week Calendar Sheet to track daily progress. What do you guys use?

I've been slowly building an iPhone/Android app to track them all though.
Could you share more details? I don’t think there’s any app out there that tracks multiple peptides yet, so I’ve been thinking about building one.

I’m a product developer and made an app that’s a step up from shotsy, you can test it here: https://glapp.io/

Its free and I plan to keep it this way

Yah I've been trying to track everything, including peptides, GLP1s, testosterone, etc. Anything with a half life.

This post inspired me to check out the Medication tracker inside of Samsung Health, I think it will be a fantastic addition to my tracking, and I would recommend checking it out. You can make custom medications and it can give you 3 different levels of reminders. Looks like you can just tap the "take" button and it tracks it.

I got tired of all the redundant apps, calendars and spreadsheets, so I've been working on building my own peptide "hub" using digital note-taking apps. I literally just shared the first one on Etsy today! 😂 I'd love to keep building it into a true all-in-one tool that's capable of covering all things peptide. 😉

Suggestions and requests are always welcome! This community has been such a huge part of my research journey, and I’m excited to give back any way that I can! (Shaded Gray Designs on Etsy *removed link pending approval)

Medisafe app. Also gives me reminders and you can track things like weight, body fat percentage, cholesterol, etc. And for fda approved stuff it will show interactions between meds.
