Hi everyone!

I'm curious how others are keeping track of their injections - dosage, dates, side effects, etc.

If you have a tracker that works for you (Excel template, google sheet or a specific app), please share your recommendations, or even a blank template if you don’t mind!

I use the iPhone Medication app to log my research and a written Week Calendar Sheet to track daily progress. What do you guys use?

I've been slowly building an iPhone/Android app to track them all though.
Could you share more details? I don’t think there’s any app out there that tracks multiple peptides yet, so I’ve been thinking about building one.

I’m a product developer and made an app that’s a step up from shotsy, you can test it here: https://glapp.io/

Its free and I plan to keep it this way

Yah I've been trying to track everything, including peptides, GLP1s, testosterone, etc. Anything with a half life.

I get too distracted when on my phone so I use a weekly planner

This post inspired me to check out the Medication tracker inside of Samsung Health, I think it will be a fantastic addition to my tracking, and I would recommend checking it out. You can make custom medications and it can give you 3 different levels of reminders. Looks like you can just tap the "take" button and it tracks it.
