Ordered from SRY over half a year ago, everything I ordered seemed fine (reta, HGH, GLOW). Recently I have seen the issues with containments in the vials, under filling, lacklustre customer service etc. and wondering if they have been able to address these concerns or if I am perhaps better off going with a different vendor for my next order? Appreciate all the insights.

Ok, I'm going to fess up....I ordered about 5 times the last month. The batch of T30 was a good deal and was tested by multiple 3rd parties, all came out great. Stocked up for years. I ordered Klow but I'm waiting for testing. The Ghk-Cu issue of overfilling...I'm not angry about that but disappointed they haven't addressed it. The 3rd party tests are out there though. I ordered it hoping it was the same batch 😃. Anyone who orders it without doing some homework will not have a clue about the overfill.
There's another vendor that was gaining some positive ground and I was hoping to use them often but suddenly their communication has been terrible and they have a LOT of shipping issues. All of my orders from SRY have come quickly and communication is great.
Those who have been ordering grey longer than I have stress that you can't get too comfortable because it's just a matter of time until an issue comes up...it's not IF but WHEN. From what I've seen so far, SRY is trying to get gain their reputation back and as long as it's going well, I'll ride the SRY train! (with caution!)

I've used them a few times. I like their purchase flow the best out of everyone - they typical send you a photo of the goods before they are shipped, which is nice because you have all the batch numbers etc in case you want to join test groups. They've also averaged about 7-9 days for me from China to Europe, which is great compared to usually 14-15 days for everyone else.

It seems that there are less questions raised about SSA. SRY hasn't completely restored its reputation due to the regularity of it having problems. But SRY has, based upon my reading of posts here and elsewhere, eventually fixed all the problematic orders. Additionally, SRY does have batch numbers of sorts; SSA does not. I have mainly ordered from SRY and did so either earlier this month or in late July. I have no serious complaints about SRY. Hailey from SRY is my favorite sales person from any of the GLP-1 vendors, although if you read these comments, it's fairly common for users to either praise or criticize their sales person. In deference to forum rules and also because it's a bad practice to rely on a link posted by a non-mod user due to the risk of being scammed by a skilled impersonator, I'll avoid including her contact information here. If someone says they are not going to buy from SRY because SRY has been indicted by the US government for selling an opioid that has fentanyl-like effects, I don't have anything to say in response: That's a legitimate criticism.

You could link to the sry post in the vendor section (if they hadn't been banned a long time ago for failing to follow the rules)

Also I'm genuinely curious why anyone puts any faith in those batch numbers?

edited to correct my mistake

I got methylparaben Cagri and Tesa in my mid-May order. Cagri was refunded only last week after much hemming and hawing. Tesa replacements were received starting last week, but I'll only consider SRY's fix complete when our testing group gets back a clean LCMS (and mass & purity) test in a couple weeks.

I placed 6 orders with them in the last month and a half and I have been happy with communication and speed of delivery. I know they have had issues in the past but most of the other vendors have had issues too. I will order from them again.

Interesting discussion, I suppose it really comes down to not getting too comfortable with any particular vendor.

I do wonder though, do all/most vendors send new products if you test their vials and they come back under filled etc.? I definitely need to make more of a habit of sending out any vials that I purchase for testing to verify the mg weight.

For clarification, SRY has never been banned so as to allow them the opportunity to correct their screw-ups and monitor how that was going. I was concerned that just banning them outright would leave a lot of members out in the wind and remove any chance of facilitating resolution here. While their responses have been slow and less than ideal, there have been enough signs of progress that I have allowed them to continue being here in the hopes that the majority of issues would eventually be resolved in a favorable, or at least mutually agreeable manner.

That being said, they have not really pursued becoming a paid sponsor, so they may very well become "banned" (more like inactive with no ability to make any posts) by default after Friday.

If they do pursue becoming a paid sponsor, one of the stipulations I will require before allowing them that opportunity will be ensuring that any outstanding issues have been resolved along with a commitment to improve their handling of such issues going forward. All vendors screw up at some point, and I'm a firm believer that it's not so much the screw-ups that matter but how they are addressed and resolved.

I am also a member of a testing group and have one of their products headed to lab very shortly. Will commuicate if/when I can based on group votes.

No! I purchased GHK-Cu 50 mg. Had it tested and came back at over 116 mg.

I am new to this, and I feel like this is stupid question... but what's wrong if they over fill the vial?

I guess it makes Reconning a lot harder to get the right dose, but you got double what you paid for?

If you thought it was 50mg and its actually 116mg, you would be effectivity double dosing yourself right?

Which could pose health risks with a different peptide?

If SRY was banned a long time ago and the ban remains in effect, please explain this post from today (Aug. 20, 2025): https://glp1forum.com/threads/shanghai-senria-biotechnology-co-ltd-(sry)peptide-supplier.498/post-72998
Looks like I'm misremembering that one. But that's a good way to point people to their contact.
Is cap color more reliable?
Barely but maybe only by like 1 or 2 %. The one good thing about Tracy was "cap colors mean nothing"

Highlights the importance of testing. Absolutely imperative to reconstitution.
