For clarification, SRY has never been banned so as to allow them the opportunity to correct their screw-ups and monitor how that was going. I was concerned that just banning them outright would leave a lot of members out in the wind and remove any chance of facilitating resolution here. While their responses have been slow and less than ideal, there have been enough signs of progress that I have allowed them to continue being here in the hopes that the majority of issues would eventually be resolved in a favorable, or at least mutually agreeable manner.
That being said, they have not really pursued becoming a paid sponsor, so they may very well become "banned" (more like inactive with no ability to make any posts) by default after Friday.
If they do pursue becoming a paid sponsor, one of the stipulations I will require before allowing them that opportunity will be ensuring that any outstanding issues have been resolved along with a commitment to improve their handling of such issues going forward. All vendors screw up at some point, and I'm a firm believer that it's not so much the screw-ups that matter but how they are addressed and resolved.
