So after a lot of reading and great info from others I'll be starting my retatrutide journey tonight. I'm going to keep it simple and add 1ml of bac water to 10mg vial. I plan on dosing 1mg for the first week anyway and see how I get on. First time on any glp-1 etc. What will be interesting is I suffer from Bile acid issues and others have said that glp-1 have helped greatly and they didn't need to use binders once on a glp-1. I'll post my starting weight and stats tomorrow just to keep track and help others with info.

So just for my records. Male mid 40's. 5'7" Starting weight is 89kg or 196lbs. There is most like 2 lbs of weekend bloat in that which normally disappears come mid week. I took 1mg of or reta at 19:00 yesterday evening. Zero side effects. Not that I'm expecting it but there is no change to appetite so far. It's not a problem because I'm aware it could be weeks before the reta kicks in.

Hey Franky. Welcome to the forum. Are you dosing every week? Why did you choose Reta, given this is your first foray into GLP?

I plan on dosing once per week, but I may adjust this if needs be. I see a lot microdose etc. Still no side effects from my first 1mg dose. I can't really say I have noticed any different appetite wise either. I had breakfast earlier (2 eggs,2 bacon) and I still feel full from that which I suppose is a good thing. Why did I choose reta. I think I started seeing it mentioned on social media a few months ago. It was mentioned that it was better than mounjaro and others. I am aware it's still under trial but I am willing to take the risk. I'm still researching and I've noticed a lot of conflicting information regarding appetite suppression etc. My plan is to up the does until I feel the affects and stay on that dose for as long as possible.
