I make and drink Mead, and it makes me feel invincible! 😂 Some of my scars prove otherwise. I’ve cut back on it dramatically but sometimes I think making it is more fun than actually drinking it. It’s supposed to be high in antioxidants because of the honey but I doubt it outweighs the liver damage.The research that wine was not healthy was a big buzzkill for me. Now I use my few remaining bottles for cooking.
