WARNING: ABC Allen has a lot of nerve

As someone who was recently made whole by Allen, I would say to give him some grace. I was super pissed off and figured I was out several hundreds of dollars. I pretty much figured I was taking an "L" on this one and Allen made it right. It took A LOT longer than I anticipated, but at the end of the day I got what I purchased. It beat the alternative 🤷🏽
I’m curious about the advice to “give him grace.” He oversold, underdelivered, and then went dark without any explanation. Yes, he made it right financially for you —over a month later, and not for everyone —and that doesn’t demonstrate how he handles a tough situation with integrity. He eventually w ded up paying you , and that deserves acknowledgment, but not grace. Grace is for someone who maintained integrity and class throughout.

If you choose to buy from him again, just understand this isn’t normal risk—he’s already shown you exactly how he handles a crisis. And in a market like this, that matters.

He didn't pay me back. He delivered the product I purchased. If you are on his Telegram, he put a message out in mid September saying that "he was alright, working through some issues and logistics". This was due to the Typhoons in China.

Again, I was pissed because I was told the products I purchased were in the US warehouse. After a while I gave up. I figured it was a complete loss and had my doubts about his "situation". The radio silent was also BS and I would advise against that if avoidable.

Needless to say, he has been refunding several buyers and getting products to people that purchased them quickly in the last week or so. That gave me enough confidence to come here and write what I did.

I hope everyone that ordered receives their product or a refund. I genuinely believe he is trying to make things right.

Grace has been given. How can take new orders with shipping and not the overs from a month ago? People who got their orders are quick to have a change of heart and ask for grace. It gives well I got mine he/ she is a great seller". I have already sent the transaction and I got another message asking for it again. I dont know.
 
It seems that he’s still sorting out previous order issues. His telegram group is back open and not locked down, which is a good sign. There are some in the group saying they placed orders and received shipping a few hours latter.

I plan to place another order to see if he’s gotten better, but only time will tell. I still have faith in him until I officially get burned.
That's the thing no cares unless it happens to them. shame shame. If it ever does, I wouldn't post " well I got mine" to you. I would be disappointed with you. but hey were strangers. People don't care about a lot of things unless it happens to them.

For clarity... He went dark, closed his wallet, stopped responding, locked his telegram topics, long before the typhoon (the typhoon BTW that didn't seem to effect other companies). His issues started before that.
And for me too, he sold me product that didn't exist, even after I was very specific with him about time restraints on my end.
I too hope he continues to make all those he dicked whole. But that does earn him grace in my eyes. Too little too late m. That would have come from communication, explanations and updates about the problems as they were occurring, a humble apology after, and sans the shady behavior during.

It's rough. It's nothing to do with kindness or empathy; we're all simply better off if we decide that strangers or not, we're a unified community and you can't screw any of us without most of us howling for blood. I've heard @Airborne Daddy talk about how it's that way on Meso, and I so approve, because it makes it riskier for a vendor to screw or mistreat one of their members.
