Compounding prices dropping with zepbound self pay program?

Now that Lilly is offering any dose at 499.00 a month through self pay of zep-bound, has anyone noticed their compounding provider lowering prices? I imagine they would need to if they want to stay competitive?

I lurk on the reddit forum for compound and it seems like there are some good deals, especially for first-timers, but not everyone has lowered their prices. Fifty410 is as expensive as they ever were (or more), wanting 300/mo. Orderly may even be slightly more, nearly the price of brand.

And that's why I'm here. If I wanted to pay 300+/mo, I'd probably just buy the brand. Not paying some greedy 503B reseller; love 'em or hate 'em, at least Lilly actually invested in R&D, compounders can't say that.

Brello is still doing $500 for three months, any dose. I'm actually going to do one more order with them and tell them I want to titrate up (to 10g, 15 if I can get it) because I have a girlfriend who wants to get on it but doesn't have the $500, and she's not ready for grey and may never be; nor would I suggest it to her. So I told her she can split a refill with me before I cancel the subscription. The first order was four vials of 22mg; if I titrate up and they send me the amount for even 10mg per week, then it'll be six vials; more if I can get them to send me a 15mg dose on the same order. I'm only taking 2.2, so that'll last me 30 weeks, and it'll last her long enough to save up the money for an order of her own.

I feel like grey is one of those things that should be a thousand percent "because I'm interested and have done a ton of reading and have asked questions in the community and fully understand the risks and accept them in a way that's real for me," and zero percent "because a friend I trust made it sound fine."

oh yeah, I'm there. I'm planning to pull two of my gyc vials (I've already used one from that kit) from the freezer, and sending it to her with filters, sterile vials, the luer lock syringes plus needles, and a vial of bac. She's got the filtering video from Peptide Test, the url to this forum, and all of the links to resources about what the purpose and risks are of each of the peptides in KLOW. That should get her through the first cycle, and if she wants to continue after that, then I can give her sources for all of the above.

CosmeticRx has a deal today for $99 for a month's supply (any dose) + $29 consultation fee. It's a damn good deal for compounded tirz, and it took all of my will power not to check out after going through the whole questionnaire 😂🤣. I did this twice and both times, I had to remind myself that for that money, I could get 6-8 times that amount from grey. I kept arguing with myself that the convenience was worth it because it will arrive at my door before Friday, all reconned and ready to store in my fridge with the rest of my remaining compounded stockpile.

After two years I still love all the compounded version, or at least Brello, Orderly and the five others I started with, I have a bunch frozen, and think the hilarious people on TirzepitideCompound subR are hysterically opinionated and rude. I love to see the prices fall. The Nostalgia of it!

I'm like a sidewalk preacher wearing a sandwich board. Telling everyone who'll listen. "This is the way" I Tell em to try to get a script and go thru insurance first. And if that doesn't work, I'll show them another way... Hey, at the end of the day, this is just too good of news to not share. One gal today is considering WLS. I told her to hold off and try this first. Cuz I almost got it and am happy I found this first. 🙂
