As I've gotten older, the hangers (hungry + angry) has become a big problem for me when I reduce my calory intake. I have to manage my anger as a general problem, but when I am hungry enough, my anger is a very big problem for me and the folks around me especially my wife. The hangers effects me physically also. Even after eating when I get to the hangers state, I often feel crummy the rest of the day. SInce I started tirz around August 8, I can't remember getting the hangers even when I've waited a really long time for my next meal. Someday, informed marriage councelors may offer tirz to dieting clients.🙂

Other topic: still have a dosage threshhold I need to stay under to avoid the trots with tirz-~5mg. Is there any chance my body will eventually become used to tirz and not cause me problems? ( kind of gross I know but it is a problem for me.)
Thanks!

That's fascinating insight. I have been told by loved ones that I have "returned" to being cranky. Maybe some of it is because I moved from 5 to 7.5 on tirz. I will have to look at that. I didn't think I ever had the trots on tirz, but then again, I do occasionally have that problem. I always thought it was the metformin - because that stuff is brutal, especially for new users. I thought I was tolerating it well. If I really think about timing, it does seem like it might coincide with the bump in tirz. Thanks for the great info. Hope you stabilize soon.

This is closer to my experience: blood sugar drops and mood changing. I try not to be cranky. Mr. Hollow can tell when I'm not sunshine & lollipops and starts looking for snacks for me.

Still trying to even out on a micro dose.
