Has anyone had any luck with this stack? Currently on 6mg/w of Reta with JEEP but my appetite suppression has been very minimal since I started 6mg.

I’d like to dig into a stack with Cagrilintide and see if anyone has had any experience with it.

Are you losing ~1lb per week? If so, don't do anything. If not, add more reta. Why do you want to make it complicated?ive o

Maybe because once I titrated from 4mg to 6mg I haven’t felt anything. You really think I should jump to 8? On week 2 of 6mg.

No, I don't. If you just started on 6mg I think shouldn't do anything except measure your weight and calorie consumption for the next few weeks. I also don't think you should add in anything else.

I'm on Reta 8 now, and I think, the real appetite suppression came around 6-8 mg.
You need to wait for the build up from 6 mg, you are only in week 2. (assuming you are 'new' to glp's)

You will hear different things from different people. This is my experience I have been
experimenting with tirezepatide for almost 15 months and up to 12.5 mgs. I switched to
Reta and started at 5 mgs and had almost no appetite suppression for over a month. I moved up to 7 mgs and had a little suppression so I added .5mgs of cagri and wow
what a difference. Be careful with cagri it’s a very strong suppressant. If you over do it
you aren’t gonna like the feeling. All in all I have lost 108 pounds since I started. This
is my experience take from it what you will. I also know people that are using Reta and
tirz together .

I'll spout my typical "be careful of the pH level of cagri" schpeil. Don't just mix it with BAC and get the pH down to 4 ideally, or within 3.5-4.5.

Appetite suppression didn't come for me until weeks at 6mg, thinking 6-8 is the sweet spot.

I'll just add in my 2 cents. I started with sema and added in the reta about 3 months in. I've never had a problem with food noise from about 2 days after my very first shot. I think the two go together very well since reta is a bit weak on the GLP-1 side of things.

I’m currently at 10mg once a week (Reta) and the appetite suppression is better than it ever was with tirz.
I did buy some Cagri. Around when I was at like 6mg a week because i didn’t feel the suppression. I used it once and that stuff is STRONG. Haven’t used it since.
I would stay the course with Reta and continue titrating up.

Neither of these meds have cleared phase three. Just saying.

Keep it simple at first. The studies titrate at a rate of 2x the previous dose I believe… so that is sort of the guardrail/guidance. If you have 4 weeks on 4mg, and at 6mg you aren’t having unbearable side effects but also not having the appetite suppression you want, increasing to 8mg is possible.

As others have said pay attention to the scale at least 1x per week. Be consistent about day and time of day you weigh. If the scale says the medication is working, it’s working! (If weight loss is you desired outcome)

70 weeks ago started tirz, 6months later, stacked Cagri (started very low), Added Reta low doses a few months later. Yes, triple stack. After 6 months on Cagri I stopped as I was getting to nauseous. Titrated Reta up slowly as I noticed glp1 take a few weeks to take effect. I stay on same dosage for one month before making a change or titrating up. Take your time. Otherwise, is hard to see which is working if changing too quicky. For Cagri, I recon'ed with AA 0.6%. Then added about 25% bac to get to pH 4-5. AA 0.6% does not sting. For me, Cagri provided 100% appetite suppression, even on low doses. In early days, I was loosing 2# a week. Now is just below 1# a week. Drink plenty of fluids and extra fibers (gummies). I weight myself each day and log everything I pin.

I am literally in the same boat LOL, I am on 8mg and can also confirm the most appetite suppression came at this dose. I did try stacking reta with tesa and didnt see any extra results at all and the tesa always seemed to sting when administered subq. Wasnt worth having to do it once every evening lol.

I DID want to try a reta + cag stack but just now reading through I feel like I'm going to continue with reta and go by the trails and titrate up to 12mg as the data I've read shows the most weight loss at 12mg, I believe.

I would try stacking with sema. Heck, I don't even see a reason why they couldn't even be combined into the same vial so you only have the one injection a week. Admittedly, I have not done that ... I take my sema on Sunday and have the reta on Wednesday. Mixing the two together is a little tempting ... but I like being able to adjust the dosage of them independently.

If I was mixing a 5mg vial of Cagri. What would be the approx split of BAC/AA in volume if I wanted total to be 1ml liquid which would take 10 units a week ie 10 weeks worth. Is it like 75/25 etc. appreciate its trial and error and starting with BAC may need to use my math brain as may not end up with exactly 1ml as I gradually add and test the PH levels. Just curious if it’s around 50/50, 75/25, or 90/10. Appreciate it needs done and tested as I go along but a benchmark would be appreciated please.

2 further questions
would I be better using a 2ml add for a 5mg vial?
Is it a gamble having 1 vial to last 10 weeks or should I just bin half after 5 weeks?

Sorry for war and peace all
