Bout four weeks, after about seven weeks on. I don't actually know if it does anything at all for me. I look younger and hotter than I did when I started, but also I've lost twenty pounds and deliriously happy, so who knows. I'm doing a second cycle in hopes that it helps with loose skin. I don't have any so far, and I don't want any.How long did you take a break from KLOW for?

I love that you look younger and hotter LOL can you keep us up to date on if it helps with loose skin!!Bout four weeks, after about seven weeks on. I would, but I doubt that I'll know! I started at 176, am currently at 146, and heading for 125 (5'5"). If I don't get loose skin, then maybe it's the KLOW, and maybe not. If I do, then maybe it would have been worse if I HADN'T.I love that you look younger and hotter LOL can you keep us up to date on if it helps with loose skin!!
I am starting at 210, I'm 58 so my skin is not going to be as resilient and someone younger. And I think I have a little lipedema on my upper thighs, not diagnosed but that is my opinion. And this is why eventually we'll prolly ALL have KLOW in our freezer and no idea if it's doing anything. 😀
Start KLOW and you can look younger and sexier too!I am starting at 210, I'm 58 so my skin is not going to be as resilient and someone younger. And I think I have a little lipedema on my upper thighs, not diagnosed but that is my opinion. And I am interested in anything that my help me out.
I guess I need to start researching this then!! I am assuming it is ok to take if you are already researching with Tirz. Just on different days.Start KLOW and you can look younger and sexier too!
Do it. I’m 52, 5’8 started at 215 ish, menopause yanno, I’m now 175, 10 months later, doing klow, and my arm skin is tighter than I would have guessed. Also my nails are strong af again. The arm skin could be a fluke, but my pre meno nails coming back can only be something I’ve done, besides losing weight.I guess I need to start researching this then!! When I'm doing KLOW, it's every day including the tirz day til I've used up two vials; so around 8ish weeks.I guess I need to start researching this then!! I am assuming it is ok to take if you are already researching with Tirz. Just on different days.

I’ve been on NAD+ and GLOW among others for a few years and my personal opinion is that if I feel better about taking it than not then I’ll continue. I’ve spent far more on personal trainers, skin care, healthy food and supplements so adding one more angle to the whole picture may not give explosive results, it’s likely helping slow the downhill speed of aging. We don’t know what we would look like or how we would feel if we didn’t put forth effort but I know that keeping up one habit reinforces keeping up the others.Bout four weeks, after about seven weeks on. "Hot spots" .... Allodynia, maybe?Funny (not funny) I’ve wondered that too. Hubby touched my leg gently and it about sent me through the roof. No bruises. Only a few hot spots do that, it’s strange. Certain areas of “padding” are getting thicker faster. , a pad about a hand’s breadth, below my hip. Just strange.
Sounds descriptive of it, 🤷♀️ I’ll add it to the theory list."Hot spots" .... Allodynia, maybe?
I can push on the side of my thigh and it hurts. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think I am. 🫤Funny (not funny) I’ve wondered that too. Hubby touched my leg gently and it about sent me through the roof. I started KLOW about a month and a half ago..I think...one of the posts mentioned to pin your love handles! Very little pain and no bruising. HOWEVER, I don't know about the batch or what, but after about 3 weeks on the same vial, after pinning, I get little lumps. So, now I'm only using what I need for 2 weeks and reconstitute another vial. So far so good. As far as results...well, I guess it's working since I don't have much lose skin. I'm 54 and 5'4 went from 185 to 145.I can push on the side of my thigh and it hurts. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think I am. 🫤
Curious if constitution would make a difference. I’ve not taken KLOW as a stack but I’m a GLOW cyclist 😛 - I have NAD+ that’s 200mg/mL and it burns like hell unlike the 50mg/mL. I put it in a vial reducing it to 100mg/mL and it’s much better. Plus I roll the syringe (cap on) in my palms to warm it before injection.I started KLOW about a month and a half ago..I think...one of the posts mentioned to pin your love handles! And?? How did it go?Been taking KLOW for a while and think it's messing with my joints and making my skin sensitive. Will probably be jumping off this cycle once I finish this vial and I'll see how well KPV and GHK-Cu alone works out.
Even with the KPV, KLOW is a stingy, itchy poke. I'd definitely dilute as much as reasonable and keeping pins above 10units. Depending on protocol and how the vial tested, that could vary quite a bit, but for me I recon the full 3ml for KLOW80 that tested ~20% over. A 1ml recon at 96mg/ml is about 10% dissolved solids which would be quite high for any peptide/protein so I try to push it down to ~32mg/100units (3% dissolved). Besides it's hard to be accurate below 10units.Curious if constitution would make a difference. I started noticing my tummy skin getting hard to pierce because I pin so many times per week I’m running out of space. If you’re developing lumps, I wonder if diluting it and then pinning 1/2 and 1/2 in two different spots, like maybe you could metabolize it quicker with more surface area. It’s just a theory, I welcome anybody to explain why that doesn’t actually work.
While I was on KLOW it certainly felt like my skin was tighter, but I still think it might have messed with my joints. I've only been off it for a few days, joint stuff has lessened or gone away but skin tenderness is still there, might be something else. Haven't gotten any GHK or KPV yet so I can't comment on that. And?? How did it go?
I have that same KLOW (mine's from GYC, but I know a few places had that one with the overfill), and I reconned it with 12ml this time; filled four cartridges. 31 units of that. I FINALLY got relief at that concentration from the ISR's and the pain of the shot itself. I don't even have to use the 8mm pen needles with this concentration, the 5 are fine. It's a lot of bac water (24 ml for a full cycle, but it's only four times a year, and I have two cases of bac water.Even with the KPV, KLOW is a stingy, itchy poke. Do you pin in multiple locations? or how does that much liquid behave under your skin??I have that same KLOW (mine's from GYC, but I know a few places had that one with the overfill), and I reconned it with 12ml this time; filled four cartridges. 31 units of that. Yeah, if you're not going for 3mg of GHK you've gotta go with more BAC!I have that same KLOW (mine's from GYC, but I know a few places had that one with the overfill), and I reconned it with 12ml this time; filled four cartridges. 31 units of that.
