It's KLOW time!

How long did you take a break from KLOW for?
Bout four weeks, after about seven weeks on. I don't actually know if it does anything at all for me. I look younger and hotter than I did when I started, but also I've lost twenty pounds and deliriously happy, so who knows. I'm doing a second cycle in hopes that it helps with loose skin. I don't have any so far, and I don't want any.

I would, but I doubt that I'll know! I started at 176, am currently at 146, and heading for 125 (5'5"). If I don't get loose skin, then maybe it's the KLOW, and maybe not. If I do, then maybe it would have been worse if I HADN'T.

And this is why eventually we'll prolly ALL have KLOW in our freezer and no idea if it's doing anything. 😀

I am starting at 210, I'm 58 so my skin is not going to be as resilient and someone younger. And I think I have a little lipedema on my upper thighs, not diagnosed but that is my opinion. And I am interested in anything that my help me out.

I guess I need to start researching this then!! I am assuming it is ok to take if you are already researching with Tirz. Just on different days.
Do it. I’m 52, 5’8 started at 215 ish, menopause yanno, I’m now 175, 10 months later, doing klow, and my arm skin is tighter than I would have guessed. Also my nails are strong af again. The arm skin could be a fluke, but my pre meno nails coming back can only be something I’ve done, besides losing weight.

When I'm doing KLOW, it's every day including the tirz day til I've used up two vials; so around 8ish weeks.

Mind you...I am researching WAY too many peptides at once, like, in a "ok, randompersonrandom, it is REALLY time to start making a definite plan to either lay off some of this stuff or start spacing it out more; none of this stuff has been studied long-term and you don't even know what kind of risks you're introducing, let alone possible interactions that we don't know about because nobody studied it yet" kind of way. So take NO safety measures from MY playbook.

Funny (not funny) I’ve wondered that too. Hubby touched my leg gently and it about sent me through the roof. No bruises. Only a few hot spots do that, it’s strange. Certain areas of “padding” are getting thicker faster. , a pad about a hand’s breadth, below my hip. Just strange.

I’ve been on NAD+ and GLOW among others for a few years and my personal opinion is that if I feel better about taking it than not then I’ll continue. I’ve spent far more on personal trainers, skin care, healthy food and supplements so adding one more angle to the whole picture may not give explosive results, it’s likely helping slow the downhill speed of aging. We don’t know what we would look like or how we would feel if we didn’t put forth effort but I know that keeping up one habit reinforces keeping up the others.

I started doing gua sha and milk light therapy on my abdomen in hopes it will prevent hard spots from all the injections. No clue if I’m making a difference but it makes me feel better. 😆
