Two weeks ago after being off of Reta 2 months I tried 5mg Compounded Tirz. By week two the hiccups started again. They only lasted 2 days and were nowhere near as often. I skipped last Friday’s shot and decided to try 2mg Reta yesterday. So far so good.

Nope. I looked at the flowchart they use to treat hiccups and that one was not on the list at all.

I was on 8mg. But because that new kit from GYC was 50mg I increased to 10mg the morning before the hiccups started. After the hiccups started I joined a test group and we sent 3 vials to Jano. All three were around 58mg each. So in reality I took almost 12mg the day before my nightmare began...

They were usually pairing a muscle relaxer or nerve blocker with a gerd/heart burn medication. I tried Baclofen, Gabapentin, Chlorpromazine, Omeprazole, Pantoprazole and the one you mentioned, Metoclopramide. Nothing helped. I would sometimes pair Gabapentin and Baclofen at night in high doses...

22 days straight hiccups. Multiple doctors appointments. 3 changes in medications. CT and Ultrasound scans of my brain, chest, and abdomen. ER visit. Gastroenterologist and neurologist appointments. Then on day 23 when the Gastroenterologist went to do my endoscopy my hiccups stopped completely...

That’s like a once a year panel. A lot of valuable labs but $600 is steep.

Unfortunately for vitamins/minerals there is not one panel that covers them all. I usually add Vitamin D ($16), B12/Folate ($12) and sometimes magnesium ($5) to my panels.

I found a vendor selling Orforglipron raws. 1g for $290 so pretty expensive.

I usually build mine out myself. There is always either something missing in the panel or something I don’t care to get.
